"Beware, they'll rip you off with their insurance! Despite recommending and arranging travel cancellation insurance, I only received 64% of the costs reimbursed. They're manipulating the figures for themselves. Due to a doctor-certified acute illness, travel was impossible. I received a cancellation invoice (80% was retained) and a surcharge for the empty beds for the rest of the group that had already arrived. This resulted in a €0 refund. However, the insurance company only uses the 80% as a basis, even though I received nothing. From this, they deduct the deductible (20%), and in the end, I only received barely 60% of the costs. I've never had such a bad insurance policy. Stay away! I feel completely ripped off. You get punished twice!"

"We've stayed at this hotel many times before, but under the previous owners. The new owner has simply taken over the hotel as is. The rooms haven't been painted, nor has anything else been renovated. The grout in the bathroom is moldy, and even the toilet seat is the old one, completely yellow. The price is far too high, especially since there's no breakfast included. There's a bakery next door where you can buy something. There isn't even a voucher for a free coffee. We used to have a breakfast buffet. Even better, there's a bottle of water on the table upon arrival, which is standard service in every other hotel, but here you have to pay for it. Then there's the smell in the room—it's awful. I can't describe what it was, but I found it very unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend it."

"We were just shortly coming to eat a piece of cake / ice. We were treated very prematurely by all the staff members present, starting with the cleaning power, which tried to inform the operators, to train the trainers, who served us with courteous hospitality as well as other staff who recognized in the lobby that we were waiting for staff and talking from the distance whether we need help. It was through and through to realize that the house is making great efforts to satisfy its customers. A compliment for this."

"Perfectly good accommodation in a traditional old-fashioned inn, a shortish pleasant drive from the main routes. Street parking just inside in the small farming town. Only German spoken but very serviceminded. Nice breakfast ready on the table to agreed time. Dog allowed."
