Très agréable séjour dans un magnifique appartement superbement rénové, spacieux , confortable avec emplacement idéal entre le Duomo et la Galleria de l’académie. Accueil efficace et professionnel. Ascenseur privé:), déco trendy… la qualité a dépassé nos attente et le prix tout à fait raisonnable dans le contexte. A refaire sans hésiter

Very clean it has every thing you could need for families Even washing machine soap. German( who gave us the keys) was very nice and explained every thing we could need. Checkout was very smooth he didnt bother us to check the apartment before we leave. The only problem it doesnt have a view

We organized our stay in Florence with Newtopique, a rental agency. Their office is in the historic Center of Florence, as is their apartments to rent. We stayed for 3 weeks in an incredibly beautiful old palazzo. The office and personnel were very accommodating and gave us suggestions of where to eat, shopping etc. The apartment was super clean and very comfortable, with all the information on how to use the washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioner. Their attention to detail made us feel that this was our apartment.

My wife, daughter and I stayed in the loft on Via Del Corso. It was beautifully situated for everything in this fabulous city. David was a great help when we arrived with a quick orientation of Florence with recommendations of where to go and to eat.

Absolutely delightful, spacious and perfectly located apartment! We loved our stay here! The location is ideal as easy to get everywhere and nice when you need to stop back and take a rest. Quiet, lovely little side street with local feel and gorgeous apartment. I would highly recommend this place! Silvia took care of us to help with everything we needed and provided excellent service! Love this place and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment minutes from the Acadamia and Duomo, less than 15 to any of the amazing sites. Great restaurant next door, decor of apartment is wonderful, full kitchen ( minus oven) Alexander our host was super helpful, grocery close !

Acabamos de terminar nuestra estancia de una semana en los apartamentos Florence Art y he de decir que estamos gratamente sorprendidos. No sólo la ubicación, excepcional a un paso del Duomo, sino la habitación (apartamento con cama de matrimonio) la limpieza, la comodidad... Una maravilla. Si volvemos a Florencia, que ojalá, nos encantaría repetir este alojamiento.
