Très propre, bien placé car tramway n 2 pour le centre en bas de l' immeuble, juste 3 stations. Par contre une horreur pour se garer autour. Personnel accueillant et gentil. Très bruyant du jour comme la nuit, car devant une artère de la ville et les italiens aiment le klaxons. Petit déjeuner continental très bon Je vous recommande un petit restaurant à 5 min à pied, le Jacopino, excellent

Delizioso B&B situato in un ottima posizione in quanto proprio davanti c’è la fermata T2 che con sole due fermate porta in stazione / centro. Il titolare è estremamente gentile, disponibile, educato e ci ha dato ottimi consigli. Il B&B è ben curato, pulito e profumato; una vera “bomboniera “. La nostra camera da 4 era molto comoda e con tutti i comfort. Colazione molto buona in una cucina confortevole, con ampia scelta!!! Esperienza davvero fantastica in una città meravigliosa! Giorgio has sent the self check in instructions a few days before we arrive, which gave us time to print them for our trip. When we arrived, we met him in the hall of the building and he came with us to the B&B to show us the room, the breakfast place, the little individual baskets with breakfast items for the next morning (very good initiative especially with Covid!). The room was fantastic, big, space to put the luggage, and a view on the city. It is very well decorated, and nice walls colour. The bathroom is lovely too. We wish we could have stayed longer we absolutely loved it ! Giorgio is a very nice, and helpful person, he makes you feel at home! Hope to see you soon Giorgio! Thank you for everything!

Have stayed several times in this lovely B&B and the new owners, Gianni and Erika are perfect hosts ensuring you have a very comfortable stay. They engage well with the guests and make you feel very welcome. The B&B is well maintained and the cleanliness is superb. It was lovely to be able to make toasted cheese sandwiches at breakfast and the beds are very comfy. The tram stop is very convenient and a good place to stock up on bus/tram tickets.

Camera molto carina, profumata e pulita. 10 minuti a piedi e sei in centro città. Altrimenti c'è il tramonto nei pressi del palazzo. La ragazza che gestisce le colazioni molto gentile e sorridente. Consigliato, anche per famiglie. Parcheggio pvt 5 min a piedi.

inizio dicendo che se andate a visitare Firenze da questo b&b la posizione e favolosa giri tutto a piedi ..e Gianni e sua sorella Erica ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e nota da aggiungere amano gli animali e noi avevamo una cagnolina...Consiglio di andare qui .

El dueño es muy amable y atento, las instalaciones son exactamente lo que aparentan y todo está muy cuidado, aunque está ligeramente lejos del centro, pero es una distancia fácil de recorrer, y en bici o patinete se puede recorrer súper rápido.
