El hotel es del siglo XIX. Mantienen el mobiliario y decoración de la época. La limpieza aceptable, las habitaciones cómodas. El desayuno poca variedad. Las comidas y cenas bien elaboradas, aunque sirven poca cantidad, lo mejor ha sido las empleadas del comedor, atentas y profesionales. En recepción los empleados son poco competentes. En general valoro positivamente mi estancia allí (10dias).

Hotel con apariencia del siglo XIX, habitaciones con y sin terraza, a las que le falta una nevera en la habitación y un mantenimiento del mobiliario. El grifo de agua caliente solo sale templado. La comida es amplia pero de escasa calidad, y el personal del restaurante es lo mejor sin duda. El tratamiento termal del imserso no es recomendable pues solo hay opcion de dos servicios o del uso libre de la piscina termal, pero no de ambos a no ser de pago. Las piscinas exteriores son lo mejor del balneario, pero a partir de las 11 horas se empieza a llenar la de agua caliente, la de agua templada recientemente renovada, varía su temperatura con los dias pudiendo estar a veces algo fría. El bar de la piscina es caro y no está incluida la tapa con la bebida. Las actividades que se suelen realizar en el café teatro los días que ofrecen baile, son demasiado ruidosas, impidiendo que se pueda realizar una conversación en las mesas. Los precios de la bebida, nuevamente sin tapa, son elevados .

Relacion calidad precio fantastico, muy amables.quiza los aseos de la habitacion un poco pequeño y anticuado. La comida bien y casera. Su spa y piscina super. Volveriamos encantados. Buena ubicacion que nos permitio hacer varias excursiones.Gracias

Hice una reserva, se supone que puse mal el día, error mío hasta aquí, vale, pero el error del hotel fue no mandarme el mensaje de confirmación con la fecha de entrada y salida y tipo de habitación con sus condiciones para poder comprobar y subsanar mi error. Solo recibí un correo con un enlace, en el que ponía mi nombre, número de reserva y día que hice la reserva, por lo que no pude comprobar el error. Llegue allí el día de mi reserva "erróneo se supone" con mi familia y me quede sin habitación, sin dinero ni solución. en recepción me dicen que lo tienen todo completo y que no pueden darme habitación. No había ningún responsable para hablar, esto ocurrió el sábado 02/03/24, me dicen que llame el lunes a oficinas y que no pueden hacer nada. Llame el lunes a oficinas y ninguna solución. Me quedo sin dinero, ni habitación y vuelta a casa. Tener cuidado con las reservas online, que no os pase como a mi, y reclamar la confirmación con todos los datos obligatorios que deben de aparecer. Esto lo llevo a la oficina de consumo, con toda la documentación que tengo.

El hotel de lo otorga fe toda mi vida y los baños bien solo que la gente no salía del jacuzzi y no te dejan entrar La comida malisima y las accesos al hotel fatal Frío en las habitaciones....mantas de cdo la guerra...por ñas ventanas entrada aire.....

My review is not about the Hotel it's about the facilities i.e the pool I decided to treat myself for a relaxed swim & lunch. On entering I was greeted by a very surely woman I greeted her & said in Spanish good morning I was grunted at. Not asked if I had a swim cap fotunetley I had ok missed sales opportunity. I got ready to go into the pool however I struggled with the locker which clearly wasn't working so after trying a couple of them bingo I was abley to put my bag & clothes away. Ready for a swim oh dear one of the pools was out of order no mention of that as I entered hey ho make the best of It I thought in the pool I got and was enjoying a leisurely swim this was at 10.15 enjoying the pool it started to busy up around 10.45 I thought ok not to bad however by 11.45 you were packed in like sardines I actually felt it wasn't safe the jaquizi was full to bursting I thought ok I will retire to my sunbed. That's was my biggest disaster people were actually smoking I thought this is crazy I suffer from asthma so for me I had to leave the sunbed I wanted to relax on it want just 1 person smoking there was at least 5 that I counted. Ok now lunch I sat at the table waiting & waiting oh dear I went into the restaurant itself were two ladies were in conversation I had to disturb then eventually got the attention and was able to order food no sooner had my food arrived I thought oh no not again there were people vaping & smoking I was so disappointed I was so looking forward to a lovely morning & lunch out. As I am an asthmatic I had to leave got to my car thank goodness I had my ventolin I felt quite poorly got home and I was breathless my breathing was dreadful I had to go to the pharmacy in pinoso. So much for a relaxing day out in what I thought was going to be a healthy day out for me. I have tried to email the hotel without success I am 💯 % very disappointed 😞😞😞

One of the outer pools in not in use. On Sunday the one pool oitside was a bit crowded. People seem to go to the pool without showering first. Hope they had done it in their hotel room, maybe. . The service was nice and friendly. Would go again, but on a week day maybe. Visited Leana last year and it was more peaceful.
