"For the second consecutive year we returned to this hotel and it seems clear to me that if we returned it means that the stay here was truly relaxing and comfortable, in addition the hotel has a restaurant where you eat very well and at reasonable prices for hotel guests, the owners and all the staff are really kind and make you feel at home. The hotel is also located in a strategic position where within a radius of 50/60 km you can reach all the main cities of Tuscany."

"In the green, silence and tranquility, ideal for a romantic flight but also for visiting some of the towns of Tuscan or for a support for boarding views near the port of Livorno. The owner Laura was very kind and made us find a good breakfast with cake made at home and just swallowed bread. I recommend!"

"**A nice hotel but in need of a refresh** I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about it. The property has a certain charm, but it's clearly starting to show its age. The garden, in particular, could do with some better maintenance and a refresh to restore its former glory. The room I stayed in was adequate, although the bathroom seemed a bit small for a comfortable stay. That said, the service was pleasant and the staff were welcoming. Overall, it's still a pleasant hotel for a short stay, but it could greatly benefit from some improvements."
