"The scenery was absolutely gorgeous, perfect for taking photos. The butler service was also excellent and very welcoming. However, I must mention that the room curtains were broken. The remote control pulled them all the way down, making it impossible to close them properly. Sunlight streamed in early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep, and people could see in from the outside. The curtain style itself wasn't suitable either, as it didn't block out light. Secondly, the gate to the courtyard was broken and couldn't be closed properly, allowing light to enter from the outside. We only discovered this at night and had to use wire to secure it. Also, for the family room we booked (priced at over 1400 yuan), the hotel only provided one-way pick-up or drop-off service from the pier to the hotel. If we were picked up, they wouldn't provide drop-off service, and vice versa, requiring us to pay extra. This was unreasonable, especially considering the hotel's distance. Finally, I must mention the watermelon I bought at the restaurant. It was incredibly sweet! Although 10 yuan per pound was a bit pricey, it was truly delicious, unlike any other watermelon I've had elsewhere. If you see watermelon at the restaurant, don't miss it! The island environment is beautiful, and I would definitely go again. I hope the hotel facilities can be improved."

"Three points of dissatisfaction with the service: We were given three ID cards for check-in, but the front desk didn't mention providing an extra pair of slippers and a toothbrush. We only received them after calling from our room. We called room service to ask the front desk for disposable chopsticks. The person who answered said they would check with their staff, but there was no follow-up. Even if they didn't have them, they should have informed us. We were asked if we needed hotel chopsticks. We checked out at 10:30 PM, and a backpack was left in the room. We discovered it around 2:30 PM and called the hotel to confirm it was there. We drove over an hour to retrieve it. The hotel should have notified guests immediately when cleaning staff discovered this. If they had, we might have been able to save time and effort before leaving the city. The advantages are a decent location with parking; it's considered a relatively good hotel in the city center."

Ctrip's listing is misleading; it's clearly under renovation, not newly opened! The carpets and sofas are quite old."
