Hygiene: The bathroom area is generally clean. The wash basin is outside the bathroom (the room we stayed in), and the wash basin is small and shallow. When washing, water splashes out, and the floor is full of water. Facilities: There was a sudden power outage early in the morning on the day of check-out, causing the water in the automatic toilet to splash out and splash all over me. Environment: There is municipal construction nearby, the noise is very loud, the automatic toilet flushes for no reason, and the hotel soundproofing is not good. Service: The service is poor and unenthusiastic. The toilet water splashed all over the floor. Before leaving, I asked the front desk to clean it up, but it was not timely. I urged them to come and clean it up. There was no apology for the sudden power outage in the morning and the toilet water splashed on me.

A very satisfying stay. The service attitude of the hotel is excellent. The handsome guy and beautiful girl at the front desk are very patient and always smile when asking questions. Any questions will be answered without hesitation. My daughter had a fever and a thermometer was sent. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, with a sense of design. The breakfast is very rich and has Fuzhou characteristics. The location is good, just a hundred meters away from the subway station. It's very close to Sanfang Qixiang by taking Line 1, just two stops, and it's also very convenient to Fuzhou Station. I will stay here again next time I come to Fuzhou!

Newly reopen hotel, location is good, beside the main road. Room is clean, toilet is so open, 2 man staying there is really uncomfortable, because the partition is glass…. Room acoustic no good, motor car passing by is very noisy at night. Breakfast also not so nice, mostly buns and noddle.

Jack Lin and Kris are the very helpful staffs t who helped myself with finding my wallet when it was lost during my transferring the vehicle because i had long journey and the local transportation was somewhat foreign to me in the dark evening. This is incredible to me as a wallet withheld only bills to count a dozen but no ids within, then how should they to reclaim it back is really a credit. In addition the clerks who served at the counter Ms Xu, Zhan, Lin did a lot of helping hands to me are worth to mention in the first place. In addition, what i really want to address is if you are ready an old-school taster can recall still the elegant class of the fine artistic furniture and its amenities of handicrafts this is a suggestion of mine for a coming. The room is large and clean. The room is fully equipped with supporting facilities and daily necessities, including free bottled drinking water and disposable slippers. The hotel is in an excellent location, with scenic spots and shopping malls nearby. It is very convenient to find a place to eat and buy things, and parking is convenient (if the open-air parking lot is full, you can go directly to the basement). The service is also very good. When you sit in the lobby to rest, the waiter will take the initiative to come and bring tea. Worth recommending

Love it for its location and its proximity to the west lake. Such I pity I couldn’t get a lake view room. Hotel feels abit old, has no direct access the west lake, notwithstanding that it is just in front of it. I got to make a detour to get to it. Buffet dinner has a decent spread given that hotel guests only pays RM155. The tea leaves in the hotel cost a bomb too. As I do not read Chinese characters well, I didn’t know that they charge the tea leaves and used them, and ended up paying around RMB 200 for a packet of tea leaves (2 servings). I would suggest that they write the costs in English too.

Upgraded to a deluxe king-size bed room. The hotel seems to have built a commercial settlement with shops, restaurants and KFC. It takes a few more steps to get to the subway station, but it's not too far to walk. The room has a clean floor, new furniture and bedding, a quiet environment and a wide view.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with subways, shopping malls and parks nearby. The room is clean and the service attitude is very good. There is not enough water to drink. I told the front desk and they gave me a few more bottles for free. It was very comfortable and great 👍🏻

What an Amazing Resort this is indeed! You need to experience this resort for yourself to understand the professional assistance you get from the staff working at the resort... they even offer you a change of pillows to make your nights sleep better, we definitely made use of this option! The resort is on the beach no need to walk far to reach the beach, also a lot of fun activities to do inside the resort. Will most certainly visit this resort again... They get a full star rating from me 谢谢 to the staff of this resort!

We arrived at around 11pm at airport and have taken their minivan to the hotel which probably leaves at every 30minutes. They have regular minivan and big bus for airport pick up and delivery to airport. It was super easy experience. Room was clean and receptionists were very friendly. I saw pilots were checking out, they have agreement with airlines for transfer passengers and staff. Highly recommend this place.
