We were about to trek through the Changtang no-man's-land, and Manager Zhu started helping us even before we checked in, answering all our questions over the phone. Once we arrived, she went above and beyond, showing us maps and explaining everything in detail. Before we set off, she even wished us a safe journey! It was incredibly heartwarming, truly feeling like family. A special shout-out to the two young ladies in the breakfast restaurant!
