Their service made me feel very comfortable, especially Hadi, whose arrangements were perfect and who patiently, efficiently, and tirelessly attended to all my needs. The hotel also offers airport pick-up service, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to the driver. My flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive in Lanzhou until past 11 PM, but he still provided service with the utmost sincerity. The hotel's decor is very new, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. The design style is elegant and cozy, and the level of smart technology is impressive. As someone from Fujian, I feel incredibly proud to stay at a hotel of my hometown brand here in Lanzhou, so far from home, especially one of such high standards and quality."

It might have only recently opened, as there was a faint new-build smell when I checked in. I particularly loved their complimentary shuttle service; it's incredibly helpful for anyone unfamiliar with the area!"

"Because we had a layover of over ten hours in Lanzhou, we chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near the airport, and we were very satisfied! Check-in was in the early morning of November 1st, and the receptionist (I forgot her name) was very welcoming. Seeing that there were three of us, she proactively gave us three drink vouchers and a 50% off breakfast voucher. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the Lanzhou noodles, which were so good that we ate bowl after bowl. The room was large and clean, and the shower water pressure was great, making it very comfortable. The hotel offers airport shuttle service. Since the shuttle had already left when we checked out, the receptionist, Wang Miaomiao, immediately called a ride-hailing service for us, and we arrived at the airport in just over ten minutes – so smooth! After arriving at the airport, we realized we had left our phone charger in the hotel lobby, so we quickly called the front desk. Wang Miaomiao quickly sent it via SF Express – incredibly efficient! A special shout-out to her! Although it was only a short stay of over ten hours, the staff's warm and attentive service made us feel truly at home. If I have the opportunity to come to Lanzhou again, I will definitely choose the Crowne Plaza Lanzhou New Area again."

"Place was clean and ideal for arayover prior to flight. We wanted to do Laundry which was difficult without WeChat and Chinese phone number. Staff helped. Place is getting a little tired. You can use pool for free next door at the Crowne. If I had to choose from the two. I would choose the Holiday inn. Decent local food is a short walk away"

"The front desk service is so thoughtful. Every time you go in and out, they will greet you with a smile. If you have any needs, they will respond in time. They are also very thoughtful in recommending tour routes. It was really a very heartwarming stay! The aunties also did a good job of hygiene. The room was very large and spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, there were many types of breakfast, and the taste was very good. There was also freshly cooked beef noodles, which were very authentic. There was also an artificial lake at the door, which was very beautiful and suitable for walking. I will choose this hotel next time."
