The hotel is located in the old town of Genova, so it is in a great location for exploring the city. The reception is on the second floor, so it is a little hard to find, but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Excelente hotel ubicado a pocos pasos de los principales lugares turísticos, a dos cuadras de la plaza Ferrari, la habitación limpia super amplia, el baño muy amplio y limpio. La atención del personal buena y las chicas que no hablaban español se esforzaban por hacerse entender, desayuno delicioso. Recomendadisimo.

Sono abbastanza spesso a Genova per lavoro e per la prima volta ho alloggiato in questo splendido Hotel . Mi hanno accolto come se fossi stata una cliente abituale con lo stesso calore , ho trovato una gentilezza non sempre scontata . Le camere pulite graziose molto confortevoli , la colazione top , mi ha sorpreso perché non mi aspettavo tutto quello che ho trovato, oltre alla qualità dei prodotti dolci e salati Ma 2 sono state le cose che hanno fatto ancora di più la differenza, la prima è che appena arrivata mi hanno detto che se gradivo nel primo pomeriggio mettevano a disposizione caffè americano e brioches avanzate dalla colazione per un piccolo brunch e la seconda è che mi hanno sempre chiamata per nome e la cosa mi ha fatto davvero piacere . Complimenti a tutto lo staff , ci rivedremo presto visto che ho già prenotato ancora .

Location, location, location! Excellent breakfast buffet with wide variety of choices. The Front Desk was always covered by two people, with lovely smiles and excellent service: directions, restaurant recommendations, help in every possible way. They even loaded our suit cases into the car when we left. Great shower. Plenty of towels. Perfect stay.

L’hotel è in una posizione strategica in pieno centro storico. L’ albergo è molto pulito ma meriterebbe una ristrutturazione in quanto si presenta piuttosto invecchiato. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile con gli ospiti, la colazione buona e variegata. Unica pecca le scale all’ingresso che con le valige non sono proprio comodissime…

This is an excellent hotel that is very good value for money. It is ideally placed for exploring Genoa. The rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable. There is a very good breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is of far better quality than the Best Western hotels in the USA. We would definitely stay again
