"The hotel is very new and modern. Rooms are correct and a big bigger than in other cities in Japan. They are very clean and have a nice balcony facing the seaside. The staff is very kind and they serve free drinks from 4-7pm. The breakfast is correct and offers a little variaty of food. Products are in general fresh. There's a Family Market 24/7 just at the entrance of the hotel. Few nice restaurants are also available for lunch or dinner closeby (some can be reached by foot).  The direct bus from/to the airport (bus 143!) stops just 100mt away from the hotel and it's very convenient. You also have buses for Naha City and to some beachside destinations. The nicest beach is Araha (40min by foot, 20min by bus 63, and 10-15 by car). Tropical beach is also closer but I preferred Araha with a lot more restaurants facing the beach and a lot of people and call family in the evening (there is also a kids ground). The Hrand Hotel Ginowan is a nice place to stay."

"This hotel offers top-notch facilities, ambiance, and service. It's nestled in Ginowan, providing a quiet retreat while still being close to the action. There's a mall and convenience stores nearby, and a public beach, perfect for kids and families due to its shallow waters, is just a five-minute walk across the road. A taxi from the airport costs about 130 RMB and takes around 40 minutes, so the journey isn't too tiring. The hotel service is excellent, from the warm welcome upon arrival to being escorted to your room, and the friendly and polite bartending service at the lounge. My only minor complaint is that the lounge breakfast is basically a simplified version of what's offered downstairs, and doesn't really stand out except for being less crowded. They also don't offer an à la carte menu there. I'd recommend having breakfast on the first floor; it's not very busy there either. The hotel also features an infinity pool, a rock bath, and a laundry room. The bathtub in our room was spotless, and we enjoyed a relaxing bath every day during our stay, which was wonderful for unwinding after our travels. The soundproofing at night is also excellent, ensuring a high-quality sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's conveniently located close to Naha and also not far from the airport."

"The room was very clean and hygienic, with new decor and well-defined areas. There was a balcony with a direct sea view. A taxi ride from American Village cost around 60 yuan, which was much cheaper than staying in a hotel there. The next day, we walked along the beach to American Village, which was very relaxing."

"My family of 4 had a lovely Christmas stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurants. Our room was a decent size and comfortable for whenever we could squeeze in some downtime. The sea view from our balcony was a joy to wake up to every morning and the fresh air coming into the room together with the comfortable beds in the quiet room guaranteed a good nights sleep. The western and Japanese restaurants had an excellent selection of food and drink choices. There were a few cute restaurants that were easy walking distance to the hotel especially for dinner, with good food and each had their specialties. The location of the hotel was good for taking a taxi or uber to other beaches and sight seeing trips. The walk to the nearby beach was pleasant, which you could do before brunch at the hotel. All in all we had a fantastic 8 nights stay at the hotel and would thoroughly recommend it."

"It is very suitable for self-driving tours. There is a large supermarket and free parking opposite. Self-service check-in is very convenient. Except for going to the north, if you go to other places, it is within an hour's drive."

"Although it is a certain distance from Naha city, it is convenient to go anywhere by bus, but I think it feels like a renovated house with clean and very good facilities, and the experience of renting a bicycle for 500 yen is very good Great. The person who seemed to be the owner of the house, but was very frank, asked for 110V socket contact, which was a bit unfriendly and didn't feel good. As a guest, the request was natural, and it seemed that the hotel had to be renovated. Is it impossible"

"This was my second time staying here, but I felt the staff were less enthusiastic this time around. The hotel offers complimentary drink vouchers for guests, with several options available from bottled water to canned alcoholic beverages. We, a group of three, couldn't even use all of ours. The room was neat and clean, and they provided several laundry detergent packets for washing clothes. All personal hygiene essentials were well-stocked, so you don't need to worry if you forget to bring your own. The hotel also has two parking lots, so parking is not an issue if you're driving. My only complaint about the service was that we stayed for 3 nights and told them we didn't need daily room cleaning. The staff said they would leave fresh towels and other amenities on a small rack outside our door on the third morning for us to replace, but they never did."

"A comfortable and warm homestay! But you need to drive by yourself to get there! The parking location needs to go through a steep slope! ! (Very steep) Although there is no washing machine and dryer in the room, it is shared! "Unbeatable sea view, and within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a 24-hour supermarket, convenience store, and bento shop. There's also a large shopping mall nearby. Plus, the hotel staff provided excellent service, offering cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. On the first day, as soon as we entered the hotel, they helped us with our luggage during check-in and took it to our room. Great value for money!"
