很古典氛圍的酒店，裝飾都是原木和綠色森系的感覺、營造出一種安靜的氛圍。背景音樂放着久石讓的音樂，一下子距離拉近了。都是歐美住客為主，不足之處是有些方向正對電車，稍微有些噪音。總體還是比較滿意的：）

This is the email I sent to the hotel manager. It says it all
For the attention of the manager.
We have recently returned from 7 days stay at your hotel: I booked 2 rooms, one for my daughter who stayed in 314 and one for me and my partner (108). Although we found the staff very friendly and helpful, the same cannot be said of my room (108), see the pictures. As you can see, these photos were taken on two separate days; there were 2 cockroaches running around the room on the second time but I only managed to get a pic of one of them. I was hoping to speak to the manager before we left but he was not available.
This really is disgusting and is totally unacceptable. All we were offered was a can of fly spray and offered to change rooms - but it was very late at night and we were tired. The point is that we should not have been put in this situation, especially my partner who locked herself in the bathroom because she is terrified of these insects.
Please tell me what you intend to do about this otherwise in will report the situation to the authorities.

Inviable dormir por el ruido Las ventanas son de papel y el hotel está al lado del tranvía y de una vía con tráfico muy intenso 24h. Imposible dormir a pesar de los cambios de habitación Habitaciones muy anticuadas, colchones desfondados, distribución incómoda y dos camas de 1.20m por habitación Zonas comunes reformadas y acogedoras, especialmente, la piscina Carta escasa sin posibilidad de cena desde las 22.00h Servicio muy lento pero sonriente Hay cosas que serían pasables si tuviese precio de b&b pero no poder dormir por el ruido no puede ser compensado con nada

Honestly I was very concerned about this hotel after reading the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was dated, but clean. I didn’t have any issues with loud noises or disturbances. The breakfast was your typical European bfast. We also had some amazing drinks at the bar. The bartenders would literally go outside and pick fresh mint for the mojitos. The pool was nice. Erica, the lifeguard was great. I’ve never seen a better lifeguard. There are a lot of restaurants and a supermarket all in walking distance. Beach clubs also in walking distance. What more could you ask for!
