Hotel Torre Del Conde
"Centrally located hotel. My room and bathroom were both of very good size. Rooms seem to vary but the top floor rooms have a nice large balcony, which I enjoyed. The street outside is pedestrian only so no traffic noise but there might be some noise from pedestrians if they are loud. Overall, a clean, well located option."
Bancal Hotel and Spa
"Very clean, top service and beautiful area/ property"
Pensión la Gaviota
Parador de La Gomera
"A beautiful place to stay. The only drawback is the location, which makes a car almost essential. There's a considerable climb from the town to the Parador. Otherwise, everything is excellent. If you're lucky enough to get a superior room instead of a standard one, I highly recommend it. There are rooms with spectacular sea views. The building is wonderful, and the gardens are stunning. The pool is enormous, and taking a dip is a must. The service is very professional, and the friendliness is unbeatable. The breakfast is also spectacular. They'll cook anything you want from the menu, very kindly. It's a breakfast with a view that you shouldn't miss. In short, a great place to stay in La Gomera."
Hotel la Colombina
"Hygiene excellent, room neat but small, no bedside tables, shower neat but very small, bathroom neat but hardly any space to sit on the toilet, cramped room, breakfast very poor"
Hotel Rural Triana
"A great base for a walking holiday. The staff running the hotel are very friendly. Rooms are adequate with comfortable beds. Our room facing the inner courtyard was rather dark with a downstairs sitting area and bathroom. Bedroom was accessed by climbing a spiral staircase. If anyone has mobility issues I would request not to be allocated one of these rooms. There are other courtyard facing rooms with the bed downstairs. Rooms facing the front do have some traffic noise so worth bearing in mind if you are sensitive to this. The hotel only provides breakfast but there are at least 2 good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Valhermosso is a superb base for a walking holiday if you don’t have a car. There are buses and taxis in the village. To summarise I would say this hotel is fine for short stays when on a walking holiday."
Suites & Villas Los Telares
"The aparthotel is nice, the views are beautiful... the daily cleaning service is based on changing the bins and nothing more. The towels are changed every 7 days, which I think is very bad. If you request the change before the established time, it costs 5 euros."
CT Las Tres Palmeras - Valle Gran Rey
"We travel to the mouthpiece a few days with our children and we stay in the 3 palms, which is a good choice."
Pensión Amparo Las Hayas
"I stayed there this weekend. First, they charged me 70 euros a night when on their website it is 40, saying that they have a pool and there was no pool. Second, the house was dirty, the sheets were not changed, mold on the shower curtain, the sofa cover in the living room was so dirty that we couldn't sit down, the floor was full of dirt. And third, when I called or wrote to the owner to ask for an explanation, she didn't answer me but left me on read. It is very regrettable, I do not recommend it to anyone because of the way the owner treated me. Not even an apology and much less a refund. I just want to thank the bar worker because she sorted out the mess for me."
