"Facilities: This is perfect for gatherings with good friends! I come here two or three times a year; it's become a must-visit for my get-togethers. Cleanliness: The environment is very nice and photogenic. I recommend it to anyone who wants to take pictures! Atmosphere: We ordered a lot of food, and the taste was absolutely amazing, especially with the drinks—it was perfect! Service: The restaurant's decor is simple yet stylish, with a touch of uniqueness, making it great for taking photos."

"The staff are excellent, very friendly and ensure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms in the hotel need updating; I would not choose to stay at the hotel again due to the rooms being quite basic for a 4*, and no safe in the room either. The restaurant area is nice. The bar area could do with an open fire, which would be in keeping with the property and, due to the bar's location can be quite cool. I found the lockers difficult to use; there are no instructions when trying to use them, only in the reception area. I did ask someone to show me, but they were too busy apparently, so I asked another customer to help me. There was no concession for late checkout on New Year's Day; however, upon request, this was granted. You also have to book for breakfast; therefore, on New Year's Day, I had to get up for 9 am to go down to breakfast, which was not ideal. I had paid for the trip online when I booked; however, when I came to checkout, I was charged the full amount again and was informed that there was no log that I had already paid, but when we arrived and checked in, it was acknowledged that I had paid, it was a good job that I had the email displaying that I had paid. Upon further investigation by the hotel, it was noted that I had paid. I thought that I had read somewhere that there was an option for a set menu for NYE, but al a carte was still an option however this was not the case. The food was ok. The stay was made better due to the friendliness of the bar and restaurant staff, all credit to them."

"Had the worst night sleep possible. The room was an ambient temperature of 26 degrees there where 2 fans already in the hotel room which where of absolutely no use what so ever. Breakfast was as expected. Good location if going Edinburgh airport however had no sleep so was tired on the day of travel."

"Left my electrical tooth brush and emailed them to locate which they claimed it cannot be located. How could it be? As that was the last location checked in!!!. Lacking in effort to provide after sales services. In addition electrical trip and some guests were stranded in the elevator for an hour."

"Perfectly located to visit all attractions. The Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel, Culross, Stirling Castle, and not far from Edinburgh and Glasgow. Usual standard for a Premier Inn. Clean, comfortable. Massive shout out for Kirsty the receptionist who went above and beyond to sort out our muddle of a reservation. She was very kind, an absolute star and credit to the hotel."

"I am currently staying at the Travelodge at the moment and it’s probably the worst time I’ve had here. The shower could be doing with a shower reseal especially top. The sealant is coming away. The shower head doesn’t move as the button is broken so you can’t move it, and the paintwork especially under the window could be doing with a refresh it’s horrible and that’s certainly not a king size bed in the bedroom"
