"Good location close to ebbs international train station for Eurostar. For us it was to see family. Towards Christmas has a local coop convenience store closed and restaurant which was ok at breakfast but they could keep up with the buffet demands but to be honest the large group of people being greedy and taking all the food didnt help. All in all was happy all around."

"The only saving grace was the brilliant staff. The bed was too high and uncomfortable and the pillows were so hard, it was like resting your head on bricks. We spent two long days exploring the area and just wanted to spend the evening relaxing and watching the TV. Unfortunately there was no signal for the entire stay. We use Premier Inn quite frequently and this is the first time I have had to write a negative review"

"Hotel is quite dated but good for night’s stay. Lake and surroundings are very lovely (didn’t get the time to look around properly). Bed is comfortable and staff are professional. In terms of amenities, there isn’t really any. I did see they had spa facilities? But can’t comment on that. Overall average."
