"Clean and comfortable room with good bed. Very good hot breakfast. Ran out of shampoo which was never replenished and the sole provided soap bar was tiny."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. We needed a rollaway bed and they quickly provided it. I booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. When we arrived, we were told the hot tub was shut down and the pool temperature was not working well. My kids attempted to swim, but the water was too cold. I could have stayed in another hotel with a working pool for the same price. With that being said, I’d still stay here again if I needed to pass through that area."

"We were looking for a safe, convenient spot to stay for one night while traveling cross country. Recently, my husband and I realized that we enjoy little roadside motels from the Route 66 heyday era. The Cactus Inn checked all the boxes! It was convenient to get to off of I-40. The location was quiet and felt safe. Our room was simply adorable - the “Oklahoma” room - and very clean. We booked through Expedia and received a great rate. Check-in was friendly and efficient. This is basic lodging, but fits the bill perfectly for a quick night’s stop. We would definitely stay here again!!! The only suggestion I would make is to have a way to separately lock the door from inside. The electronic lock on our door kept making a noise during the night like it was being unlocked - even though we were inside with the only guest key. My husband suggested that maybe the battery in the lock was going bad. It just scared us the first couple times until we realized what the noise was. "

"The room was okay for a night. I wish I would've looked at pictures and reviews. Outdated room and a bit ugly. Ceiling had water leak damages and the restroom door was all messed up. Location outside was the same. Mainly just workers staying in the area so if you want to be up by 430am amd hear noise till check out go ahead and stay there lol 😂. I didn't necessarily feel unsafe though."

"Nice staff Clean, cozy stay for my baby and I. Great location also quiet. Breakfast was yummy and filling. Also they have a high chair in dinning area. Would stay again with no hesitation."
