"The Motel is in a beautiful location. The room was clean and in the end it was a more than pleasant stay. The room was quite small, with only one bedside table, and the no availability of any shower gel or shampoo. The fridge in the room was very noisy, but luckily the noise was constant and so we got used to it after a few minutes."

"The hotel was a 25-minute, $50 taxi ride from the airport, much further than the estimated distance provided. I booked this hotel because it came up in an airport transfer search, but apparently, they no longer offer the service. The only food options nearby were a gas station convenience store and a 7-Eleven, with absolutely no healthy choices. When I asked for a hairdryer, the response was, 'Didn't you have one?' followed by, 'Some rooms don't have hairdryers, but we can get one from another room after 7 AM.' I was speechless. I've traveled all over the world, and I've never encountered a hotel, especially one under the Marriott brand, that didn't have hairdryers. It's simply unacceptable! They should seriously consider buying some immediately. A hotel without hairdryers isn't a viable business. I wanted a refund."

"Very average hotel. It was once one of the most luxurious hotels in Pittsburgh, but it's been in serious decline. There was almost no service, the phone in the room didn't work (you had to go downstairs to get room service), and the cleanliness was average (there were even stains on the sheets). The shops and restaurants inside the hotel are almost closed. It snowed heavily when we checked in, and we couldn't go out during the day. As a result, there was no food in such a big hotel (only one bar was still open)! Finally, due to the overall design of this hotel, almost all the windows in the basic room types are inward facing (the window is opposite a wall), which makes it a bit claustrophobic."
