"Aston Gresik Hotel felt like a quiet balance between work and rest. I came for business, but the calmness of the place made it easy to slow down once the day was done. The location is convenient, connected to a small mall and surrounded by local life. It makes everything easy, from finding food to walking around after meetings. Yet inside the hotel, it always feels peaceful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, the lighting was warm, and the overall atmosphere gave a sense of calm that helped me reset each night. It is the kind of simplicity that feels thoughtful rather than plain. Breakfast was full of variety with both local and international options. The staff were attentive and kind, always greeting guests with genuine smiles. It is those little gestures that make a stay memorable."

"A good location, away from city but in the city. A mall just next door makes it more convenient. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Check in staff (two ladies) was great, quick and efficient. Check out was breeze (one male staff). Sorry I didn't get their names but all have been friendly. Requested for clothes iron within minutes it was delivered, very fast service. Buffet breakfast was plenty to chose. Staff very attentive. Had a great morning."

"Bagus juga untuk room yg di tawarkan , tapi dgn harga yg lumayan mahal tidak ada sabun Revil.dan hanya dapat batangan saja ( no good ) , hal yg sangat mengganggu ketika cek in adalah pertanyaan utk berapa org ( hal yg seharusnya tidak perlu di tanyakan , mau 1 atau 2 org di dalam kamar ya Tidak masalah karena sudah ada standarnya maximal.2 orang, pesan single.di beri double hanya gara2 utk 2 orang"
