"The hotel is very charming and very well decorated at the entrance of the fortified city, so very well located for the balades but also to reach its car outside the ZTL. The bathroom was well even if I had to wait a while to have hot water. I don't think I had the best room but I've been very disappointed to see that there was no window in my latest floor when I thought a moment at the delivery of the keys that it would be all the opposite with a view. The breakfast is quite complete and the coffee made by the server is good. The bed was very close as the earrings were."

We spent a few days relaxing, seaside and playing games with the always polite and friendly entertainment staff, who we also found in the evening at the restaurant. "Location is perfect when traveling by train as it’s right next to the Grosseto station. You can also get to the city center (main Piazza) within 10-15mins of walking. The room was spacious for a solo traveler like myself. Just note that they don’t provide dental amenities (toothpaste & toothbrush). Otherwise the amenities are great, and the shower area is big too. The front desk staff are friendly and tried their best to communicate to me in English. There is a lift so don’t worry about huge suitcases. Breakfast spread is great and huge shoutout to the friendly staff/barista Raimona (hope I spelled it correctly) for amazing coffee and always greeting with a big smile on the mornings!"
