Ordinary village house, three and a half floors, two twin rooms on the roof, opposite is a large terrace, drying clothes, eating late night, watching the stars are very good. The room is small, but clean and odorless. The boss is very polite, can call a motorcycle to help with luggage, the inn can arrange meals. The night was very quiet, listening to the frogs and birds to sleep, there was a trail to go up the mountain behind the building, and the old street was downstairs. I booked it after reading the reviews, and I was really not disappointed after arriving at the hotel.

Booked a room for a friend, a new hotel. When I got off the car, I saw that the hotel's perimeter was very comfortable and high-end. It was a resort-style hotel with beautiful decoration. There were restaurants and villas. The room had a hot spring bath and good privacy.

The housekeeper Xiaojuan provided excellent service. Even if it rained heavily, she prepared an umbrella to lead the way to the room and helped with luggage. They knew what I wanted to know in advance and provided information about shopping, eating, and entertainment nearby, which exceeded my expectations.
Interlude: When I went to the book bar to receive the welcome drink, the umbrella in the room was broken and could not be closed. The housekeeper Xiaojuan delivered a new umbrella in less than 5 minutes. She handled the matter quickly and felt her enthusiasm. It is worthy of praise.

I came here because of its reputation and left with satisfaction. The hot springs in the hotel are great, the hot spring area has beautiful scenery, there are many types of hot springs, and the key is that the water quality is good. The water in the large and small swimming pools and hot springs is very clean and clear. In the hot springs in the riverside area, the green mountains and green waters in front of you are refreshing. The hotel's service is even more commendable. The lobby front desk is very patient in explaining the guests' questions, and the recommended dinner set is also very delicious and cost-effective. The surrounding environment is full of green, the stream is flowing, and the mist is hazy. Like a fairyland, the bridge and corridor are very well designed. Advantages: 1. In the hinterland of Nankun Mountain, the environment is excellent. There are so many stars at night. The log cabin built on the mountain has the feeling of a little Ubud, and you can even encounter squirrels. 2. The stream at the entrance is good, and it is a good place to stroll. 3. There are several farms within a 10-minute walk from the door. The meals are very good and not expensive. 4. There is a self-sufficient barbecue field above the front stream. The store also puts a refrigerator or something. You can have an original ecological hot pot barbecue.
Disadvantages: 1. There is too much garbage in the place where the creek just went down, which destroys the beauty. Although it is a public area, it is also recommended that the hotel can clean it up. After all, this creek is a big selling point of the hotel. 2. Room hygiene details need to be improved. 3. I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk and 7 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel actually occupies three floors of a residential building. The room is really not flattering. There is a bed as soon as you open the door. There is only one bed in the whole room. Two people can only sleep on the bed in the room. There is no place to put it in the room. The toilet is small and pitiful. One person can't take a shower and the other person can't use the toilet. . This is the smallest room I have ever booked on Ctrip. The order indicates that there are windows, but there are no windows, and the area is definitely not 20 square meters. Won’t book again, poor experience

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
