Amazing
PPetrina simWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

MMeiziMaggieThis is a beautiful hotel with its own casino and a variety of large, photo-worthy pools. The room facilities are great, the bed is very comfortable, and the surrounding environment is nice. It's not too far from the city, which is convenient, and there are many dining options. It's also connected to the adjacent hotel.

GGuest UserPerth Two-Bedroom Executive Suite | Spacious & Comfortable, Excellent View, Thoughtful Service My stay in the two-bedroom executive suite in Perth city center was extremely satisfying overall! Spacious Rooms: The suite was very large, featuring a master suite, a separate bedroom, and a guest toilet, offering excellent privacy. The living room connected to a large balcony, overlooking Perth waterfront, providing an excellent view. Well-Equipped Kitchen: The full kitchen came with an induction cooktop (heats up incredibly fast) and an oven (very useful). The kitchenware and bathroom were both very clean. The only minor drawback was a bit of rust on the dishwasher, but it didn't affect its use. Parking and Transportation: The hotel parking is $35 per day with unlimited in-and-out access, which is very convenient. Do note that there aren't many drop-off spots at the entrance, so you might have to wait a bit during peak hours. The location is superb, within walking distance to the Mint and the pier. Thoughtful Service: During our stay, there was a long-distance running event that caused road closures. The hotel staff was very accommodating, allowing us to return the parking key after the event concluded, which saved us a lot of hassle. Conclusion: This is an apartment that excels in space, view, amenities, and service. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThis was the most pleasant surprise of our Australia trip! The hotel's location is fantastic, with shopping and transport links right next door. The breakfast offers incredible value for money, and the room size was decent. They even provide a pillow menu with different types to choose from, and a Nespresso machine with good quality capsules – miles better than the Pan Pacific! The staff were very welcoming and even spoke Chinese. The steakhouse and Italian restaurant nearby are both excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night. Oh, and a quick note on the hotel's pre-authorization: the refund was processed instantly. Hotels in other cities and the Pan Pacific I stayed at before still hadn't refunded me even after I'd returned home.

BBelvyWe stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront for 2 nights. Our arrival was quite late, but the night shift staff who assisted with our check-in was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The entire check-in process went smoothly, creating a great first impression. Unfortunately, our experience took a disappointing turn on the day of check-out. Due to a severe storm in Perth, the hotel’s front entrance was flooded, creating uncertainty for guests leaving the property. As Hilton Honors members, we approached the reception desk to inquire whether the hotel had any protocol in place for such situations and whether we would still be able to load our luggage after checking out at noon. To our surprise, the morning reception staff simply replied, “Don’t know.” There was no attempt to seek assistance, provide further information, or offer reassurance during what was clearly an unusual situation. While we understand that extreme weather events are beyond the hotel’s control, the response from the front desk was disappointing and fell well below the level of service we would expect from a Hilton property, especially towards loyal Honors members. A little professionalism, empathy, and willingness to assist would have made a significant difference. The hotel itself is well-located and comfortable, but the lack of customer service during a challenging situation left a lasting negative impression.

Ddreamcatcher68The room has cooking facilities, including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. You need to use your room card to access each floor via the elevator. The front desk staff are very nice. Downstairs, there's a street full of luxury brands, and it's very convenient to get anywhere from here.

TTisna IskPerfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

MMarco VinciulloThe television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay. It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed the hotel, we booked here as we had stayed at the vibe hotel in Adelaide . All very good except , breakfast in Perth advertises fruit juice it’s not it’s a surgery drink, yuk !! We were. Checked by a lovely lady, all good until I turned the lights on in the bathroom, lights were flashing, like strobe lights. Maintenance man came and said need an electrician which could be a few days., the lady who checked us in said we could change rooms , we decided to do so but went out for a walk first. On our return she was off duty and a male who was on was very rude he kept Insisting we didn’t need to change rooms the flashing light could be switched off as on a separate switch. I suggested the flashing lights could cause an epileptic fit. He kept insisting all the rooms had the same fault and he would take us to the room to show us how to get round the problem. I insisted on changing rooms because I could turn the wrong g light on in the dark. He then found a room but said he would go and check the room to see if that had flashing lights. We changed rooms but it was unpleasant and uncalled for , not good customer service!!! And spoiled our stay , after that if he was on reception we avoided him.all other staff were fabulous.

LLan_aI really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.
