It was truly amazing to discover such a high-quality homestay in such a remote location. All the facilities and amenities were on par with a four-star hotel in a major city; the bedding was excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What truly stood out was the exceptional kindness of the owner's family, who made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. There's a large forest behind their property, and the owner took us mushroom foraging. Upon our return, the grandmother even helped us sort the edible mushrooms and cooked us a delicious feast. Every morning, we woke up to visits from various small wild animals. This trip was absolutely wonderful, and we will definitely be back!

The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was super fast. The room was thoroughly cleaned, with sparkling floors and tabletops. The facilities were complete, and there was plenty of hot water. The location was convenient for getting around. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Our trip to Tagong, Western Sichuan, found its warmest surprise in the Kangding Tagong Pokhara Smart Manor. Located in Tagong Town, the manor perfectly blends the relaxed, rustic charm of the ******* plateau with a tastefully tidy courtyard and rooms. Our deluxe sunroom was exceptionally bright, offering breathtaking views of the clear highland sky and distant mountains right from the window. Our three-day stay was incredibly comfortable and soothing, completely melting away the fatigue of our long road trip. What truly touched us was the genuine warmth and hospitality. The owner and front desk staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. Every evening, they thoughtfully delivered warm milk, chasing away the chill of the highland nights. On one occasion, returning to the manor after being caught in the rain, the owner immediately brought us freshly brewed ginger tea, its warmth spreading from our tongues throughout our bodies. These thoughtful details, more than any luxurious amenities, truly resonated with us. This is far more than just a place to stay; it's a welcoming haven on our Western Sichuan journey. Should I ever return to Tagong, I will undoubtedly stay here again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to every traveler venturing into this beautiful wilderness.

Extremely poor experience, avoid Hotel Parinanka! Overall Rating: 9.0/100 The service was completely unprofessional. The staff knew nothing about basic amenities like in-room oxygen supply and would just push responsibility around when issues arose. The restaurant staff's attire was chaotic, without a uniform dress code, giving a very unhygienic impression. The room's cleanliness was appalling; the toilet paper was stored in a contaminated spot, making it unusable. There was a strong, pungent odor indoors, giving a strong sense of formaldehyde exceeding safe levels. Staying in the room for long periods caused dizziness and chest tightness, making it completely unsuitable for occupancy. Paid a high price for an experience worse than a budget hotel. Management is disorganized, and hygiene is a serious concern. Highly do not recommend. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were super friendly. They even recommended a fantastic beef hotpot restaurant with great service and delicious food. Parking can be tough in Kangding, but this hotel had very convenient parking. In the morning, when several of our cars were leaving at the same time, the hotel even arranged multiple staff members in the parking lot to direct traffic, which helped us get out quickly.

The front desk staff were absolutely lovely! So warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Our original room's projector wasn't working, so they promptly moved us to another one. We went during the off-season, and it was also their restocking period, so we couldn't have a bonfire, which was a bit of a shame. However, the environment is still beautiful. The breakfast was incredibly considerate; because we were suffering from altitude sickness, they brought a full meal directly to our room. It was a well-balanced and nutritious mix of meat and vegetables. Plus, it's dog-friendly! It's definitely worth it, and I've already recommended it to my friends.

What reassured me most was that the hotel's cleaning products were L'Occitane, and the big-brand series made people feel safe and comfortable to use. I was particularly lucky that I happened to meet the proprietress who checked in in person and upgraded the private bath king-size bed room for free. The proprietress was amiable and enthusiastic, and patiently answered various questions.
