GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are OK. They are all relatively new. The toilet is also separated from the shower room. The bed is quite soft. There are two kinds of pillows, one soft and one latex. The air conditioning is also quite powerful.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are OK. There is no abnormality after sleeping. I didn’t pay special attention to the details.
Service: The service is quite good. The front desk is quite enthusiastic. There are children who gave small gifts. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby.

But there are a few things that I can’t stand!
First: The windowsill in the room was covered with dust when the children lay on it! And hair! See picture
Second: The elevator was very slow. After waiting for a long time, I met the housekeeping lady who brought a bunch of cardboard boxes and empty bottles to sell as waste! There was basically no room for us to sit!
Third: The front desk staff is not familiar with the customer service capabilities at night. The guest room called the front desk 4-5 times but no one answered! Finally, I called the phone number I found on the platform and he answered it, and he denied that he didn’t answer the phone! Very angry! The elevator is so slow, otherwise I would have gone downstairs to get what I needed!
Fourth: Turning on the air conditioner is as good as not turning it on, and the quilt is so thin that it doesn’t feel like anything! A duvet, I guess? I didn't feel it at all, I was wearing a sweater at night! The physical sensation is huge!
Fifth: At 9 o'clock in the morning, people upstairs were moving chairs frantically! It lasts a long time! There is no way to rest properly!
As a hotel chain! This service is really disappointing!
Only the daytime front desk was professional! ➕He enthusiastically brought me two bottles of water!

However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The bathroom was also clean and odor-free. The breakfast was also very generous, offering a wide variety of breads, pastries, fruits, and drinks, and the food was delicious. The hotel was very quiet at night, completely undisturbed by outside noise, allowing for a good night's rest. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel in every way and would stay here again.

AAnonymous UserI was traveling with 3 children and an elderly person, and booked 3 rooms. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning to store my luggage. I was very tired after a day of playing in Fantawild. I wanted to go back to the hotel to have a good rest, so I checked in at 9pm. , there was a sudden power outage around 11 o'clock. I have never experienced a power outage in a hotel before. The weather was over 30 degrees and the hotel had a power outage. The water was almost out. I thought I would come to the store later, but I waited until 2 o'clock in the middle of the night to tell me that I would not come...! After 2 o'clock, even the fire emergency lights were turned off, and everything was dark. I didn't sleep all night, so I checked out at dawn and left quickly! For the first time, I realized what it means to pay for your suffering! The children were also bitten many times by mosquitoes!

GGuest UserIn short, extremely satisfied. We spent the whole day at Fantawild Adventure, and it was only a few minutes' walk to the hotel at 8 pm – the huge parking lot in front was very convenient. Check-in was smooth, but when we got to the room, we thought we'd gone to the wrong one, since we'd booked a twin room for younger children. It was such a large family room! The staff must have upgraded us; and if they upgraded, they made it so luxurious. The room type is exactly as pictured and described, and the kids loved it. The breakfast the next day was also plentiful, and the kids didn't want to leave until after 11 am before we had to check out! A wonderful trip! The family-friendly hotel made for a perfect ending.
