Convenient transportation, close to the shopping mall, and convenient for eating. Across the street is the vegetable market, which has a lively atmosphere."

"Service: We arrived at 3 PM for check-in, as per the hotel's stated time, but didn't get our room until almost 6 PM. When checking in, I requested two rooms on the same floor. The front desk staff confidently assured me they would be on the same floor and even next to each other. However, when I received the room cards, I noticed they were on two different floors. When I questioned this, the front desk said a colleague had taken the adjacent room. The check-in staff seemed very unprofessional. We also didn't receive the welcome cookies in the room; I had to call room service to have them delivered. Overall, the check-in experience was unsatisfactory. I believe this is due to staff training issues and a shortage of support staff during the holiday season. In contrast, we also tried the breakfast restaurant and the swimming pool. The staff there were all very enthusiastic. The restaurant staff always proactively brought a high chair for my baby, and seeing me with a child, they would also offer to help me with drinks."

A highlight was definitely the bedding – it was clean and fluffy, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, parking downstairs was free, making it a worry-free stay."

It's also close to Huashang International City, so it's convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. The staff here have a very good service attitude. The room is clean and tidy. "The smart toilet was useless. The bed felt damp and sticky. The night after checking out, I discovered I was bitten by mites all over my legs. After contacting the hotel, they asked me to provide a hospital diagnosis confirming the mites came from their bedding; otherwise, they couldn't treat it (I had no goodwill towards the hotel because this was impossible to prove unless they took our bedding for testing, which is obviously unreasonable)."

"Our family of five retirees chose Qinyue Hotel on March 18th to see the famous Zigong Lantern Festival. We all agreed that I should give Qinyue Hotel a 5-star rating for the following reasons: 1. **Location** This hotel is located in the heart of the old city, making it incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and sightseeing. To see the lantern festival, it's just a 5-minute walk to the No. 8 lantern shuttle bus stop at Tanmulin, with buses departing hourly from 6 PM to the Chinese Lantern World. There's also a Lantern Museum nearby. As for the famous Dinosaur Museum, it's currently undergoing major renovations and will reopen at a later date. 2. **Room Amenities and Comfort** We absolutely loved and praised the hotel's soft furnishings, especially the bedding, pillows, etc. The quality of the bed linen was comparable to that of a 5-star hotel – incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The hotel bathrooms feature automatic toilets, and every detail shows the hotel's thoughtfulness and careful attention. It looks like a recently renovated hotel. 3. **Room Cleanliness** The cleanliness was excellent and we were very satisfied 👍. The room floors were gleaming, made of high-quality large tiles, which naturally leaves little opportunity for dirt to accumulate, right? Combined with the hotel's standardized cleaning management, the hygiene was superb. 4. **Breakfast** Breakfast is included, and everyone entering the breakfast area will be pleasantly surprised and have their appetites stimulated, as there's a wide variety of choices. My personal favorites included: white fungus soup, rich and aromatic freshly ground soy milk, crispy golden fried glutinous rice and banana dessert, siumai, buns, steamed twisted rolls, fresh stir-fried vegetables, two types of congee, various stir-fries, pickled vegetables, and more. The breakfast selection was surprisingly abundant. 5. **Service Attitude and Value for Money** This hotel offers exceptional overall value for money, with many unexpected delightful surprises. Of course, we had to give it a full score. The service attitude was even more meticulous and considerate; any questions or requests were answered and guided patiently and thoroughly. 6. **Minor Flaws** Both the front and back entrances of the hotel are inconspicuous. The back door opens directly onto the road but requires going down a few steps to reach the elevator, while the front entrance has upward steps leading to the road. Also, the hotel's exterior looks a bit old and is not very noticeable. Of course, haha 😄, this also creates a surprising contrast between the exterior and interior."
