GGuest UserIt is indeed the same retro style as in the pictures, the room is nice, the bathroom is big, and the location is also very good, facing the train station. The only drawback is that the breakfast has few varieties and mainly cold food.

GGuest UserI can't rate this hotel specifically, as I was accommodated at the neighboring Grand Hotel Savoia, but since they're part of the same chain, I think I can leave a comment.
I liked the Savoia overall: beautiful interiors with a hint of luxury, sumptuous breakfasts on the terrace with a wide selection of dishes, and the restaurant has live music in the mornings and evenings—a pianist plays, very beautiful! 😍
Daily cleaning, towels changed, and bottled water replenished daily.
The location is convenient if you're traveling by train, as Genova Piazza Principe station is three minutes from the hotel (easy access to Milan, La Spezia, Santa Margherita Ligure, and nearby towns and suburbs).
The only thing that really upset me was that I stayed at this hotel for my birthday, but there wasn't even a card. After all, it's normal for a high-end hotel to be attentive to guests, especially if they have important events or special occasions.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre
though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

GGuest UserThe NH Hotel was amazing. Very clean, everything seems to be new. Hotel is also close to city center. Service was excellent. It was my weekend birthday trip and I got surprise in my room - sparkling wine and snacks. I recommend this hotel!

AAnonymous UserThere is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. This is very good. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. Fortunately, there are free parking spaces around, just uphill from the supermarket. It is better to park your valuables in the lower parking lot inside the hotel.

EEmi526A very recommended hotel. The hotel is very new. The bed and shower water are very good. It is in a private yacht club. There are six restaurants nearby and a very safe free parking lot. I will come again if I have the opportunity.
