Great
TTefanosThe hotel is very clean and clean in detail, with comfortable and comfortable rooms. The location is comfortable to move in the city, although not very central to some attractions. The facilities and services are good, although they could be further improved to make the stay even more complete. In general, it was a good experience.
GGuest UserThe appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes.
We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini.
On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients.
I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic..
I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep.
Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Genoa near Piazza Ferraria, surrounded by supermarkets and different restaurants. The hotel room is neat and clean, with all toiletries available. There are many choices for breakfast, which only costs 8 euros. Genoa is a sister city of the Belt and Road. There are a large number of containers from China at the port, and the goods transported are distributed to all parts of Europe. Just like the agricultural products of Italy in the Middle Ages, wine was exported to all parts of the world from the port of Genoa.
EEmi526A very recommended hotel. The hotel is very new. The bed and shower water are very good. It is in a private yacht club. There are six restaurants nearby and a very safe free parking lot. I will come again if I have the opportunity.
DDaozhulokThe hotel is close to the train station and it takes 5 minutes to walk. The room was clean and the key was very distinctive. The only downside is that the hotel decoration is old, like the decoration of the last century. If you are taking a train from Milan to Nice, it is recommended to stay at this hotel for one night.
GGuest UserThe gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! The large window was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, the main door’s chain lock was broken, as well, there wasn’t any food menu or tv instructions in the room, and no toiletries other than shampoo. The positives? Well, the room was very clean, the staff were all pleasant and the wake up call actually worked! Certainly a no frills hotel but very convenient to the airport.
