4-Star Hotels in Genoa

The old-fashioned elevator was interesting! The triple room was quite large, but the layout was a bit odd; there was a big walk-in closet that wasn't very useful, so the actual usable space wasn't huge. The free minibar was great, and there was plenty of water! The service was also excellent. It's quite hard to get a taxi in Genoa, but the front desk staff were very patient and friendly, helping to call taxis or give directions for public transport. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel room is very clean and spacey. Classy and modern interior designs. 5 min walk from Brignole station, surroundings feel very safe, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. AC is powerful so the rooms are very cool in summer. Quiet at night I sleep very well. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here.

This was our second stay in Genoa; our first stay was at NH Marina. The hotel's location is very central and secure. We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open. The breakfast and hotel staff deserve the best reviews. Cleanliness was good except for some dust in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and I find the price-performance ratio to be high. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. Fortunately, there are free parking spaces around, just uphill from the supermarket. It is better to park your valuables in the lower parking lot inside the hotel.

The worst Novotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The space was acceptable and the service was enthusiastic, but the stains on the towels and sheets seemed to have never been changed. Since I was driving from southern Italy to southern France as a stopover, the location was very convenient for me, close to the highway exit.

A very recommended hotel. The hotel is very new. The bed and shower water are very good. It is in a private yacht club. There are six restaurants nearby and a very safe free parking lot. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

Nice location and breakfast is very good. Staff is very kind. My friend forgot to take a lot of cash and branded bags when checking out. The hotel staff immediately helped to lock the room and take care of the property. Super good quality

Especially clean and refreshing

Parking is available, but you have to drive around from the main road to the back of the property to access it. The harbor view is beautiful.
