"On the day of my arrival, the restaurant was closed to hotel guests. Ordering a beer wasn't possible either. This was due to a wedding reception. It lasted until 1:30 AM and was held outside, right under "my" window. A lot of noise and brawling. On Sunday, the kitchen extractor fan started running at 7:10 AM. Naturally, it was also right outside my window. (The next two days, it started at 6:10 AM.) Because of this lack of service, I wanted to leave the hotel, but the staff had no authority, and despite promises, I couldn't speak to "the chef" during my stay. Emails went unanswered. So, completely against my will, I ended up staying the entire three nights. Besides not providing the agreed-upon services, the hotel is somewhat run-down. For example: a toilet lid with its paint missing is unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The stench in the stairwell has already been reported."

"We had a date in the not far away Dierdorf and didn't want to go home yet. On recommendation we booked here for a night and it does not regret ! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is worth praising. Whoever doesn't find anything on the food card is guilty of himself. The quality of the food is absolutely excellent; therefore the prices are also appropriate. Due to the excellent mattresses, sleep in magnificent tranquility is also absolutely top ! A re-recommendation is of course at the next opportunity that offers us !"

"Excellently positioned property between the river and the Old Town of Limburg. The hotel has a stylish look about it and feels modern in its amenities. The mangers/owners do an excellent job of accomodating any needs . Their beds are exactly what is right while travelling around. Nice solid mattresses and comfortable pillows. The breakfast buffet is varied and includes something for everyone while I am certain the staff would seek to please any other needs. Overall for accomodation a top rating for my needs while very friendly on the wallet Danke shön, chapeaux"

"Dated hotel. Large parking spaces. Reception effective and remote. Rooms old. No air conditioning, poor wifi reception. Bed is sad (no good dressing, remote) View of parking from shopping centre. Bathroom small and also old. Shower is old, rusty and sparkled. Restaurant is atmosphere, service inpersonal and short. The restaurant is very small and the restaurant is very good."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Relatively quiet so that's great! It's a short walk to the Limburh A D Lahn train station, mall and to the old town so it's nicely situated. Lots of food around the area too. Front desk staff was also friendly and very helpful. They helped us store our luggages safely and called for a taxi for us."
