The room is big enough for 2 people, the bed is very comfortable, the Xingang flyover bus stop is right next to it, and it is close to the bell tower and the old street. It is convenient to go anywhere. Take the G37 from Haikou Railway Station and get off directly at the hotel. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Service: Very good

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.

The location is very good, the service is good, it is right on the Qilou Old Street and it is easy to find. There are a few people at night, but it is quiet at 10:30. You can ride a bike to the Haida South Gate Night Market, but there is nothing delicious in the night market, except for the Qingbuliang, which is ok. There is a paid parking lot nearby with reasonable prices.

I stayed in 7 hotels all the way from Sanya. Pullman gave me a very high cost-effective feeling! I stayed in three hotels in Haikou. Pullman had the best overall feeling. I was a little worried about the hygiene and odor after reading the reviews, but I found that dining and traveling were very convenient. The service staff I met when I took the elevator out were also very nice. They would help press the elevator and greet me politely. We went to breakfast late and only bought one breakfast. We originally planned not to eat breakfast and wanted to sleep in, but we still tried it. It was similar to the breakfast at Marriott. Overall, there were some minor complaints and we have already suggested them to the staff on duty, but overall there were no major problems. Curry potato chicken nuggets and tempura saury or capelin were delicious! The hotel is not far from the old street and is also very convenient to the airport. I was very satisfied with this trip overall. If I come to Haikou again next time, I will definitely book Pullman. Whether it is the location, price, service or facilities, I personally think they are indeed remarkable and I will come again.

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!
