酒店前台態度極差，跟欠她錢似的，有問題也不解決，8點鐘説續房並答應我説給我留房間，結果等10點鐘我下去交錢時，另一個前台，態度堅決並讓我搬走！原因酒店沒房了，我給他説明我明天有很重要的事情，我今天要花大量的時間處理工作。前台依然堅決的讓我搬走，並不承認是它們酒店的失誤！反而是新來的前台表現出不好意思的！作為消費着的我，感到非常氣憤，第一次遇見因為酒店自身原因，強硬的讓客户搬走。讓我對酒店的素質和專業性產生了質疑！也讓我對這個酒店甚至海口都留下了非常不好的印象。且酒店並不乾淨，我的身上起了一個個小疹子！但秉持着多一事不如少一事，也並沒有計較！可這種對待客户的行為讓我感到非常的憤怒💢
