一開始態度差的可怕！後來到前台大鬧一場才給我道歉，床頭插座也是壞的，辦入住的時候身份證也忘記還，麻煩他們送上來也不願意，後來是大堂的一位負責人解決了以上事情。解決態度很好，下望下次入住不會再出現這類情況。
