I booked this hotel on Ctrip with my friends. The price is very favorable, the cost performance is super high, the environment and service are superb, the elevator also needs to swipe the card, which is very safe. I will come here again next time I have the chance. Overall, I am very satisfied

The room was OK, I had a good rest at night, the front desk service was good, a little considerate, the location was OK, and it was convenient for travel. Half of the room had a river view, and the other half had a city view, which was OK. After all, the floor was high and there was no obstruction, so it felt good. It just so happened that the weather in Hainan was not very good these days, it was raining all the time, and it was hazy outside, which was quite artistic. In addition, there was morning tea in the restaurant on the second floor, which was OK.

The size of the hotel is very large and it is super comfortable for one person. Clean and tidy, everything inside is very new Desserts are also given in the evening, sweet~ Xiao Wang at the front desk has a very good service attitude and helped me check out until three o'clock, so I don’t have to go to the airport too early. This hotel, especially the lobby design, is more sea-like, nearly the New Year, parking spaces are limited, the car keys are handed over to the lobby waiter, you can help move the car, even the aisle is full of cars. Room lighting, curtains, electrical appliances are basically controlled by small voice, twin room, 1.2 meter bed, still narrow, we are a family of three, it is very convenient to find food around. In short, the price is very high, and the child's breakfast is also actively presented! Service intimate!

The first time I stayed at Xiangjiang International Hot Spring Hotel, the lobby was very spacious. It has been raining these days. After getting off the bus, the staff brought an umbrella to greet me very intimately. The little girl at the front desk stayed fast, the rooms were clean, the facilities were complete, the breakfast buffet was delicious and felt good.

The room was very clean. I was particularly impressed with the service and kindness of the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. They also accommodated our sudden request and changed our room. The pool was not within the hotel premises, but a short walk away, but we had a great time there and I recommend using the pool. Even if you can't communicate in Chinese, they don't make a face and will communicate in English, so I would recommend this hotel to foreigners as well. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.

The only reason why we booked this hotel is because we had a very earlier flight, and the hotel is directly reachable via Meilan Railway station. The hotel is also near a “shopping mall” to do last minute souvenir shopping, and there’s like a food court nearby. So location is 5 stars! At one glance the room looks spacious and okay, but there’s a cockroach looking creature flying out suddenly and when underneath the bed frame, and the toilet seats and the shower floor looks a little stained. I think the room light is a little dull even when all the spot lights are switch on hence not really giving a bright and clean impression. Nonetheless the super huge bed looks clean and white! Personally felt that service was not up to standard of what one would expect from a 4 diamond hotel. Checked in around 6pm and there were 4 staffs standing at the counter but only 1 attended to the 3 guests queuing to check in (maybe it’s not their job to do check in?). Later the night wanted to ask about the bus shuttle service timing and the guy standing at the information counter just replied in a frustrated tone - “look at this timetable”. As it is our first time here we don’t know where is the pickup point and we asked where is the pickup point to which he just reply “this level”. We had to look around and point to the nearest entry and reconfirm is it there. So service aspect could have been friendlier. Amenities wise it’s pretty standard. Toiletries were great. 4 bottles of waters provided. 2 pairs of slip ons and 2 pairs of rubber slippers. Oh not sure what’s wrong with the aircon, set 23 degree yet it’s still making us sweat in the night. Usually I would feel freezing cold in this temperature. All in all, an ok experience to have somewhere to stay to catch an early flight.
