I had to close the curtains. It was a second-floor room. The facilities seemed clean, but there was a lot of mold on the bathroom sink and shower walls. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned. The drinking water mugs were covered with a paper lid instead of being cleaned. The blankets were constantly itchy while I slept. Hygiene scores were rock-bottom! This was my third visit and a complete disappointment! Aside from being near the terminal and having restaurants and amenities, I wouldn't recommend it. Next time, it's probably better to stay near Sangrim Forest. As for service, you can't see any staff except at check-in and check-out. It's a hotel in name only, disguised as a motel."
