酒店環境好，服務也很可以，但是缺點一是設施有點老尤其沒有智能馬桶，另外歡迎水果實在太簡單了，就一罐桂圓第二晚給了三個橘子，最大的問題是管理有漏洞，我入住的時候應該是趕上有人辦婚禮，佈置場地的人員把酒店院子的連廊的路都堵死了，導致無法好好的逛一逛園子，酒店竟然沒有工作人員來處理，而且中間有工作人員走過也熟視無睹，任由他們堵路，酒店再管理上還需要加強

念念不忘的西子湖四季，時隔近十年又一次的入住，設施還是一如既往的完善，保養也很新，衞生打掃的一塵不染，環境沒得説，就是為了環境選擇的四季，本次入住選擇了帶庭院的房間，太美了，愜意的午後，坐在院內，品茗賞花，人生樂事。酒店自帶的遊船也很方便，能看到西湖不同的美。

這次住宿體驗期望值最高，失望也最大。
想象中的超級五星級酒店，位置和環境沒的説，服務也到位 。遺憾的是硬件有些過時，這次上海杭州行程一共住了六家酒店，不客氣的説，淋浴和枕頭四季是最差體驗感。傳説中的金沙餐廳，也是環境好過菜品。近八千塊錢的房費感覺不太值。
