It’s really nice to stay in this hotel. Strategic location in the heart of old town. The owner is really helpful. And very good to stay in this Hotel for my first visit Vietnam. Hope I can comeback again next time.

Hotel is very good location, in the center of old quarter. 5 minutes walking to walking street and Hoan Kiem Lake! Room is not too large but clean and have a window!

The location is very good. Easy walking distance to popular attractions. Around the hotel there are a lot of restaurants. The hotel owner is kind. But the stairs are quite high. If you come with a large suitcase, I don't recommend it.

The hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance of Hanoi's main attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful: we were allowed to stay 2 hours more and were initially assigned to a room of a higher category than we had booked. The atmosphere is cozy and homely. The room is clean, hot shower. The only thing that could be improved was to adjust the air conditioner so that it was possible to switch the fan speed (it blew very strongly, so I had to sleep without it) and to debug the stability of the Internet connection. Overall I liked everything, thank you, we will come back again!
