"After a long flight, I arrived at Aloft, hoping for a smooth check-in, as I believe first impressions are very important. Unfortunately, Dylon, if I remember correctly, initially couldn’t find my reservation. Another receptionist kindly assisted and found it. I was then given room 306, but after walking upstairs with my heavy luggage, the key didn’t work. I had to return to reception, only to find my room was actually 308 and the number had been written incorrectly on the key. Unfortunately, there was no apology for the inconvenience. The room itself was clean and pleasant, but the bathroom door seal was damaged, causing water to leak onto the floor after every shower. The water pressure was also weak and sprayed in different directions. As I stayed for four nights, this was quite inconvenient. That said, the female receptionists and housekeeping team were consistently friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated."

"Not bad. Typical, run of the mill hotel. Don’t confuse with the other Red Roof Inn, as I did. This hotel doesn’t offer shuttle service to BEI. Recommend that travelers book the other Ted Roof Inn near BWI. That one does offer shuttle service."
