"We spent one day at Glenburn Coastal Retreat as a stop on our honeymoon. An outstanding place, right on the edge of town for excursions yet perfectly immersed in nature, with a double view of both the sea and the mountains. A true oasis of peace and relaxation, the perfect place to unwind. Such a wonderful home that it’s a shame to stay for only one night. Highly recommended"
Koura Bay Golf Resort
"We checked-in at resort's bar what is reception as well. It was very welcoming in so relaxing environment with a lot of comfortable seating inside and outside. Bar offers good coffee, refreshment and snacks what is very convenient. There is excellent golf pro shop as well. In spite being earlier than official check-in time they let as in, as our room was ready. The room was clean and specious with amazing view. Bathroom was accessible for wheelchair users ( we didn't need it or asked for) and was very nicely fitted- not sure if all rooms are with the same bathroom category. Receptionist book dinner for us in the town as we express our interest in testing famous local crayfish. Highlight of ours stay is playing golf that exceeded our expectation. It is 9 holes course but most of the holes are between 300 and 400 m and course is in excellent conditions. There are golf equipment and electric golf cart for hire and free trundles. After checking out we wanted to play another round and owner of the resort was very kind and told that we can enjoy playing as long as we want without any charge. All together very highly recommended venue with excellent service. Zana and Boris"
Cubby House Stay Kaikoura
"It was dark when we arrived. The host introduced us very warmly. The pots and pans were all available. The refrigerator was full of food (cooking by yourself). A bathroom was a little less for two families. The rooms were very rural and the farm was very beautiful!"

"Beautifully renovated old building. Our host was very friendly and informative. Nothing was to much trouble. We had a very enjoyable stay. Very warm and comfortable. So far our favourite place on our trip by far. Would highly recommend 5 stars all day"

"We had a fabulous stay at the Hapuka Lodge, we wished we had booked it for longer! The staff was amazing! We had a delicious dinner as well. The tree house room was beautiful and we loved having a pool to swim in. We would definitely recommend staying there!"
