I brought my children to Harbin for a holiday. I chose the Sheraton Family Room after a long time. The room is very warm and my baby likes it very much. It is next to Xiangfang Wanda, so there are not many people and it is nice to go for a walk. The water in the swimming pool is also very clean. I can take my children to swim when I have nothing to do. The breakfast is also very rich. I will choose this place next time.

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The bedroom is transparent and the bathroom is well ventilated. Reasonable layout and comfortable living. The most important thing is the convenient transportation. The hotel is located next to the Meteorological Observatory Station, the end point of Metro Line 2, which connects important scenic spots in Harbin City. It takes 5 minutes to reach the subway station entrance after exiting the lobby. The subway has long operating hours and short time intervals, which greatly improves the efficiency of travel and sightseeing. For the elderly and those with weak health, they can travel in two stages in the morning, afternoon and evening, and return to the hotel to rest at noon, providing the convenience of a lunch break.

This hotel really surprised me! As soon as I entered the lobby, my eyes were bright, very luxurious! I booked a fine big bed room, and it felt quite warm to live alone. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water flow is very large, and it is very comfortable to take a hot bath! What makes me most satisfied is the bed. I am a person who knows the bed. The mattress in this hotel is very soft and hard. It is very comfortable to lie down and fall asleep soon! This is still a hot spring hotel. After staying in, you can soak in the hot spring for free. It has been very tired recently. Soaking in a hot spring has relieved my recent fatigue!

Window and glass door of main entrance, seems long time not cleaning. walkway, counter, lobby setting, goods putting at everywhere, poor managing it. The moment arrived and look at the building, dusty and dirty. However the room is still clean condition. The room i stay toilet basin leakage. We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

Nice and not expensive place to stop when you have a night between flights in Harbin. The hotel is very close to the airport (5-7 minutes to drive), close to both terminals: 2 and international. The service is really good, they are always ready to help. The only issue is that foreign tourists can't pre-book shuttle bus in advance but should call to a hotel upon arrival instead, so the free shuttle bus can't be taken without help of locals (by the way, usual taxi will not work in those area, because local taxi drivers in Harbin airport trick foreigners at every step of the way and change routes and prices just on the way; so this is why the free shuttle bus to the hotel must be taken instead, not a taxi). This hotel has also a wechat account, but again you need to call them to check how to add it. I think if hotel solves the problem with the shuttle bus pre-booking for the foreign guests (maybe by email with confirmation?), it will get a lot of foreign visitors who stop for a night or two between flights.
