The smart robot for turning on and off appliances was very convenient, and the bottled water in the refrigerator was Nongfu Spring water. The gym on the first floor had a few minutes of playtime for the children. It's a pity that I didn't take any pictures of the food. I drove to Harbin, and this hotel has a parking lot and charging stations. It's about a 5-6 minute walk to the subway and bus stations, which is very convenient. I initially planned to stay one night and move if I didn't like it, but I ended up extending my stay for two more nights. The environment here is clean and hygienic, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. Robots even help with service, delivering water and daily necessities. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the thoughtful manager even gave us complimentary fruit! Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's not an issue if you're driving. Full marks all around!

The hotel is very new, perhaps recently opened. The breakfast buffet isn't available yet, so you have to pre-order. The complimentary hot spring is conveniently located next door, perfect for a relaxing soak.

The hotel was really perfect I thought it would be nothing special but the service was just wonderful everyone was super nice to me though I couldn't speak Chinese and there was even one person at the reception that something English could do something better. The location was unfortunately a little far from the city centre, but the good service did not care me.
