賓館靠近松花江畔，離中央大街也很近，床品和衞生條件很好，服務也不錯，唯一不足是房間面積較小，但不帶娃兩個大人住也夠了。

前台服務態度很差，是看着圖片去訂的房間，到了酒店發現實際房間與圖片不符合，去找前台，態度很差，説我們就是隨便放的圖片，讓去找平台理論，很窩心的一次住宿，以後再也不住了，希望別再有人受騙了。

老破小臟，枕頭內芯發黃，衞生間反味嚴重，太臟了，訂了2天，第二天下午遊玩回來房間還沒打掃，客房服務人員還説沒跟他打招呼，還説床單被罩三天一換，據我瞭解正常都應該是一天一打掃，每天都更換床單被罩的吧

賓館最多值100塊/天，不能再多了。位置在兆麟公園對面，位置不錯，但設施老舊，空間太小，和展示的圖片嚴重不符。
