衞生還可以 就是床頭展示櫃有灰 反正不用 也就不計較了 一週前住的四樓 那供暖是真好 還需要打開裏面一層窗户 一週後住的頂樓6樓 那是一個冷颼颼 反正住一夜 也就不換了 別的都還好吧

Convenient transportation, clean rooms, comfortable living, complete indoor facilities, strong design sense of exterior and interior decoration, good attitude of the front desk and housekeeper, especially the front desk can think of the guests and help them save money and trouble. The above is my true feeling after living there for 5 days. I strongly recommend staying at Park Hyatt Cloud when you come to Shuangcheng. I will go to Shuangcheng again next month and will continue to choose Park Hyatt Cloud.

The hotel's address is easy to find. It's on a large road. It's easy to park around. The front desk is also friendly. However, the room we booked without a window felt a bit stuffy, but the room facilities are pretty good, with floor heating and a bathroom. It was also very clean and a nice trip.

Overall it's good, the facilities are pretty good, the room is relatively spacious, and looks very comfortable. Some details need to be improved, such as the shower head in the bathroom not working properly, and the water spraying abnormally making it impossible to take a shower. Then I reported someone at the front desk. I checked in time and replaced the shower head the next day. They said the water quality here was very poor, so the shower head was clogged. However, it was a good service to be able to replace the shower head in time. There are many types of breakfast, but after we went down around 8:00, a lot of food was gone. We wanted some noodles, but they said they were not available. At about 8:30, we were basically all gone.
