The room was fantastic! We arrived super early, and the front desk guy, seeing there were no king rooms available, upgraded us to a family room. We were able to rest right away, which was really great! The room was spacious, clean, and even had a smart toilet. But the best part is definitely the location. The hotel is right outside Exit 2 of the metro, and buses like the 35 and 126 stop right in front, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Downstairs, there are breakfast spots, a small supermarket, and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Japan is renowned worldwide for its tea ceremony (Chado) and flower arranging (Kado). The tea ceremony is a distinctive culinary art and a form of social etiquette for tea gatherings. It not only requires an elegant and natural environment but also dictates a precise set of procedures for boiling, brewing, and tasting tea. Great care is taken in selecting and appreciating tea utensils, arranging and decorating the tearoom's calligraphy and paintings, and even in the construction of the tearoom itself. The Japanese view the tea ceremony as a means of self-cultivation, enhancing cultural literacy, and socializing.

The accommodation is in a very convenient location, with public transport nearby and only one station away from the Ice and Snow World. There are several convenience stores, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The host was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and patient. They even upgraded our room for free! Any issues we raised were addressed promptly and resolved perfectly. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to the subway, which made getting around with our child super convenient. The facilities and environment are excellent. Highly recommend this place; we'll definitely choose it again if we're back in the area.

Very clean spacious room with a view of the city at level 21. Clean bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Within walking distance to various eateries, supermarket, pharmacy, bank. Very convenient. Excellent, hospitable and helpful host who offered to fetch us to the Airport at discounted rate. Will stay again on my next trip. Value for money!

Our experience at Orange Crystal was superb! The light luxury decor felt high-end and sophisticated. The smart home controls throughout the room were very convenient. The mattress was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, the room was clean and tidy, and the minibar drinks were complimentary. The breakfast was plentiful. It's my top choice for business trips or travel, and I'll definitely stay here again!

it locate far from metro but easy to find Didi. room is very clean and also provide free porridge, laundry room. whic is great for long trip. it cost also very reasonable.  heat water is super super fast, i mean it hot within 2 sec!!!! trust me!. however for my lack of experience, i try to make my room have some cool air (26 degree) but it seem cant and i dont know how to adjust it 😅 so my night is quite hot. but most experience is great

Exceeded expectations, highly recommended! Next time I come to Harbin, I'll definitely stay for more nights. Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip. The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough. Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel? Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘
