I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and felt very comfortable and satisfied. Despite being an older hotel, the management is excellent. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. The location is also great; Metro Line 3 and the Songhua River cableway are just across the street. What's particularly noteworthy is the fantastic restaurant. The environment is clean and tidy, the facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast is very rich with a wide variety of choices, easily meeting five-star standards.

It's been a long time since I've been back to Harbin. This time, I came back to my hometown to drop off my child for school. It felt both familiar and new. I searched for a hotel for a long time, and I'm genuinely impressed with this one. The front desk lady was exceptionally meticulous and provided excellent service. The room was also very clean and hygienic. When I was leaving, it was raining outside, and she proactively helped me carry my luggage to the car. It was incredibly thoughtful.

I stayed for 3 nights, and I definitely picked the right hotel. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Central Street. Since it was off-season, there weren't many people, and the room rate was quite appealing. They even upgraded us for free. The hotel looks pretty new, and the cleanliness is spot on. Soundproofing was also decent. Our room had an inner window overlooking a nicely designed landscape, which was a lovely touch and added to the ambiance. The hotel hallways also had pleasant and cozy landscaping. We didn't book breakfast with our room, but later found out their breakfast area also had a good atmosphere. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Central Street, yet it's not affected by traffic congestion, making it perfect for families with children. Although the hotel hasn't been renovated in recent years, the facilities are very well-maintained and clean, without feeling outdated. There's no musty smell in the rooms, and the plumbing works perfectly. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, without being intrusive. If I visit Harbin again, I would definitely choose to stay here. There are many local specialty restaurants right next to the hotel, all highly rated on Dianping, as well as two shopping malls, which are very convenient for any purchases.

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

The overall environment is clean and spacious, with a minimalist design, and the hygiene is impeccable. The bathroom facilities are complete and functional, with stable hot water and fast internet. The soundproofing is excellent, making it quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is healthy and fresh. The service is attentive and thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I chose this hotel for our trip to Harbin this year, and I'm extremely happy with our decision. The hotel's location right on Central Street made shopping and exploring incredibly convenient and flexible. It's clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene. Breakfast offers a good variety to choose from, and the late-night snacks were also quite good. I immediately canceled our reservations at other hotels and decided to stay here for our entire trip. The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a few minutes' walk to Central Street! We probably arrived too late. There was no bellboy, and dragging our luggage up the steep slope at the entrance was really tough. The suitcase was heavy, the slope was steep, and I even scraped my hand. 😓 This definitely needs improvement. I mentioned this to the staff when we entered, and they didn't even react. 😓😓😓

My son's girlfriend came to Harbin for a visit, so I booked this hotel for her. As soon as she checked in, she sent me WeChat messages and photos, saying how much she loved it here. She said the hotel was like a European castle and the room felt like it was set up for a princess. The hotel is in a prime location on Central Street, within walking distance to all the main attractions. She really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea, as well as the welcome fruit and souvenirs. She only speaks a little Chinese, and mentioned that Ms. Ranran at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She specifically asked me to give the hotel a 5-star review.

Carved solid wood furniture and velvet curtains add to the charm, while amenities like underfloor heating, capsule coffee machines, and high-end bathroom products ensure a superb stay. The hotel skillfully blends the historical essence of the old building with excellent living comfort, making for a wonderful resting experience. The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful, with butler-style reception making us feel exceptionally welcome. They also offer a complimentary Russian costume experience, perfect for taking great photos. The breakfast at the underground wine cellar restaurant was of high quality, offering both authentic Russian delicacies and Chinese dishes, with a rich variety and a stylish dining environment. Overall, this is not just a hotel, but more like a small historical museum. It allows you to experience the hundred-year history and charm of Harbin while offering an excellent location and meticulous service. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin.
