The location is good. The airport bus is just downstairs. The area downstairs is very lively and there are a lot of restaurants and snacks. The bus terminal is just across the road, and the subway and train station are also within walking distance. It’s very convenient. I booked this place because I wanted to take the train to Inner Mongolia. The hotel is really convenient! I booked a regular twin bed with a bathroom. The wardrobe in the room was a bit small and there was no mirror. I had to go into the bathroom to have a mirror, but the lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim. The sanitary conditions were okay!

The location is superb albeit a bit outside the tourist district. Surrounded by malls and restaurants and the metro is very close. The views from the rooms are beautiful. Classic well maintained rooms, good water pressure and room cleaning. The mattresses have seen better times and might need replacement. Superb value for money. Don't expect any conversation in English with any of the staff but that's pretty standard in China. Great stay, highly recommend. Will stay again when I return to Harbin.

Basically satisfied, I have always liked Atour, but the service experience this time was average. The door to our room couldn't be closed for two days. The next day, I made a special call and went to the front desk to report it in person when I was out and went downstairs. I asked the arranger to take a look at it, but no arrangement was made to solve it. I could still open the door directly when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon. , called the service staff in the corridor, and the service staff tried several times to finally lock the door, which made people feel very unsafe. At the same time, we were given two cards when booking the room. It was not clearly stated that one was the electricity card and the other was the room card. I thought both were room cards. The issue of door lock maintenance and the front desk's important check-in instructions need to be clearly explained to guests, but this was not done well. Both incidents indicate that the guest room management is not careful, comprehensive and fast enough. Hope to improve!

We were staying at the Baibo Hotel for 2 weeks in July 2024 and really enjoyed it. City center location, Metro station - within a small distance walk, splendid authentic interior. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. there are all necessary facilities in the room like: toothpaste, combs, slippers and dressing gowns! Fresh pure drinking bottled water every day, available laundry with washing liquid and ironing and small but extremely cosy gym! Moreover, we stayed together with our 3 small children as a whole family, and the staff did their best to make our stay even more comfortable, helped our kids, poured them out tea or juice or whatever. Besides, breakfast deserves the highest score: it really comprises best culinary traditions of Asia. Various dim sums, salads, vegetables and fruit, as the main course - hot rice, noodles, steamed vegetables and traditional meat. A special warm thanks to Sister Hua who helped us at the reception and best wishes to the whole team.

I think it is the best location in downtown Harbin. When get off from airport bus the hotel is right in front of the bus drop off station. Hotel also in front of Harbin railway station south entrance/exit. The restaurant on the right sight just next to the hotel entrance is very tasty and not expensive. The only complain I have is the bed is too soft and small room, not suitable if you travel with big luggage.

The decoration of the hotel is a bit old, but it is very clean. There is no peculiar smell in the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. For this price and location, there is no significant price increase during the National Day holiday. I can stay here if I go to Harbin in the future.

I also recommended an old restaurant called Lao Meng BBQ, which is super delicious and not a surprise. I was very happy and satisfied with the food, accommodation and transportation during my trip to the Northeast. When the Ice and Snow World starts, I will come to Harbin again and stay here again.
