"This is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience."

"A very pleasant place. Everything is a pleasant surprise, starting with the vanilla scent at reception. Plus, it's a dog-friendly hotel. For relaxation, there's a wonderful hammam and sauna, a swimming pool, a gym, a super-large and cool TV in the room, very comfortable beds, and a coffee corner. I recommend everyone come here for a vacation; we'll be happy to come again."
