My husband and I spent two nights (this week) at the lovely Rafaela Hotel Heidelberg. This is a true gem and we highly recommend. The staff are super friendly, the location is perfect (we walked to restaurants, markets, the Castle in Old Town), the rooms are clean, the breakfast is tremendous. Look no further!

Small, newer hotel. Located directly on a small market square, where restaurants serve drinks and small meals. Good location, half an hour's walk to the center, start of the Philisophenweg in the immediate vicinity. Other restaurants easily accessible on foot. Rooms are small but modern. Friendly staff, parking in the alley is possible for a fee, we used the nearby parking garage.

We spent as a family a weekend at this fantastic hotel and loved it absolutely. The hotel is new and the interior modern. All double rooms have a seat window, where you can watch the market happenings on Saturday. The hotel is very clean and you feel very comfortable. In addition, the hotel is located very good and is a great starting point for discovering Heidelberg. The owners are very hospitable and helpful in any matters. We felt very comfortable all around. We'll be back for sure!

The Rafaela Hotel Heidelberg was the best on our tour with a total of 6 hotels in 4 different federal states. We were particularly impressed by the modern bathroom area. At breakfast everything was available without being overloaded. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Quiet, great hotel in a good location. You can quickly walk to the parking garage and also quickly to the city center. The rooms are not very big but clean and equipped with everything you need. Good breakfast buffet. I don't know who exactly came up with the idea of installing glass doors in the bathroom. But it should be banned in general :)

Centrally located great room , welcoming helpful staff 2nd stay , no hesitation in recommending. Opposite the central square which hosts a food market , parking was a little way away but very cheap and secure - Loading and unloading was no problem

Great customer service even before our check in. Ben and Florian were really hospitable from the beginning till the end of our stay and all the staff did great work. The room was spacious and clean, we loved our window view! The breakfast had a good number of choices and nice tastes! Would love to come back again. Thank you everyone!
