Impossible to arrive with suitcases directly by taxi, but endless stairs and alleys far from the main road, as shown in the photos on their website. Bathroom without bidet, dangerous wooden table because detached on the floor, noisy for noisy neighbors, slippery shower floor, no safe. Looking there is better."

"NEVER book a room in this hotel! We mixed up our hotel, i went to the toilet closed to the reception. after using the WC, the landlord attacked me. He said I had stolen something from him. I gave him my rucksack to see for himself that there was nothing there. He shook out my whole rucksack carelessly on the floor, where rare pills that I have a prescription for and can't find, spilled out. But he didn't even apologise! He chased me to my car and then banged on the roof of the car. He's completely inadequate! He spoiled the whole holidays!"

"The location is not bad. The rooms are of course a little tired, smelled damp. The breakfasts were not bad at all, buffet and they give you almost everything you might like. The only minus was a HUGE one - paid parking, which as it turned out was paid upon check-out... Well, no other hotel charged for this and here was an unpleasant surprise, I won't say that it spoiled all the time spent here, but there was a slight unpleasant aftertaste..."

"All in all, a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the room is cleaned daily upon request. The rooms are also very modern and spacious enough, although the bathroom could be a bit bigger. On the downside, the hotel's parking lot is very small and always full, especially if you, like us, return in the evening. There is another parking lot behind the hotel, but it's also used by staff and other nearby accommodations. Otherwise, there are no free parking options in the immediate vicinity. Another slight drawback is the traffic on the main road that runs directly in front of the hotel (daily traffic jams), which makes leaving the parking lot a bit difficult. The hotel has a lovely terrace area for the restaurant, but the constant traffic is also a bit of a nuisance here, as the terrace opens directly onto the road. Despite all this, it's a great hotel and highly recommended, especially for couples. A small rooftop pool and the spa area in the basement are also free to use. Only massages (which I found a bit pricey) need to be booked and paid for separately."

"Lovely presented room, with sea view and balcony. Was fabulous waking up and being able to see the sea from the bed. Decent sized room. Very comfy bed. All beautifully clean. Shower is powerful, although the shower head is set very high and would be difficult for someone smaller to reach it (I'm 5ft5") Lovely big bath towels. There's a light in the room that stays on all night...couldn't find a way to switch it off so the room doesn't go completely dark, so had to use an eye mask. Fantastic air conditioning. Location of the villa is close to everything....less than a minute to the clock tower. Lots of stairs to get to/from the guesthouse from the bus station, but there are generally lots of stairs everywhere in Herzeg Novi. Breakfast included. Great wifi. I was able to store my luggage here from checkout until my bus left later in the day, which was extremely useful. Would definitely recommend staying at this villa. And I would definitely stay again. Thank you."
