"When applied to a hotel, boutique should mean more than small. It certainly does here! Amazing location on Marine Drive with panoramic view of the bay from our room. Beautifully appointed and furnished room (and comfortably large to boot). This was a luxury stay! The staff were friendly and very helpful. This comes with my highest recommendation."

"Lovely clean and helpful place to stay, super helpful staff who helped us plan our day trips, lovely pool area with kitchens and lounge to eat and drink wine in the evenings. The place is spotless and quiet. Lots to do in the area, gorgeous beaches and sea coast, spoilt for choice restaurants. Parking available around the lodge. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay"

"We were arranged to stay in the annex building, which is not in the hotel, but on the upper floor of another commercial street after crossing the road! On rainy days, you have to cross the road with an umbrella to have breakfast, which is super inconvenient. There is a smell in the room, which feels like it is old and unventilated. There is a fishy smell when you open the window... We arrived at the hotel at about 8:50. When the nearby restaurant will open the kitchen at 9 o'clock, the front desk of this hotel lied to us and said that their front desk would be off work at 9:30, so we were asked to check in first, resulting in us not being able to eat anything in the end. We had to drive several kilometers to buy McDonald's in the middle of the night The next morning, I complained to the manager. The overall feeling was that the manager was partial to the employees. Knowing that the employees lied yesterday, he just said that he would educate them; I could clearly feel that the main service objects were white people, and the difference in their attitudes towards Chinese nobles and Asians. We were the only Chinese guests in the whole hotel; then our dispute was noticed by the white people passing by, and the hotel manager agreed to let the employees apologize to us (I took a picture of the last irresponsible manager's name tag)"

"We had an amazing stay here. The rooms are super nice and clean , also the owners of the B&B are very hospitality. They tell you all about the good places you need to visit and had some really good recommendations for some restaurants. When you’re planning to go to Hermanus this is the place you need to stay!"

"The room is very spacious, loft-style, with two rooms, both with toilets, very cost-effective"

"Perfect!!"

"Great location for all the amenities. Lovely French inspired rooms and decor. Friendly welcome and breakfast in the adjoining Frances was good."

"This place was perfect for us. Very high standard of accommodation built around 2017 with lots of nice touches. Very helpful staff and a very good house dog called Happy ! The owner, Martin introduced us to the property and he and the staff were so nice for our stay . A good breakfast started every day well. It’s a very short walk into town and there’s lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy."

"The decoration of the hotel is very exquisite, in European aristocratic style. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and the female manager took the initiative to upgrade me to a sea view room on the second floor. As soon as I entered the room, I saw two whales spraying water on the beach on the balcony. It deserves to be called a whale watching town, with sea view + whale, the scenery is really good."
