Superb accommodation in a great location 5 min stroll to the village square of Old Hersonissos and another 15/20 to Piskopiano and Koutouloufari. The welcome from Thanos and his staff was exceptional as was the large air conditioned apartment which included lovely extra touches like complimentary wine and fruit basket, robes and slippers, pool towels and good quality toiletries and amenities. Great pool area and bar and the breakfast was excellent - everything fresh and great quality in a lovely outdoor terrace by the pool. The whole place is immaculate and the level of cleaning is exceptional. Staff can’t do enough for you and we got excellent advice and help from Thanos about local places to visit, eat, hire car, taxis etc. All in all exceptional quality at a great price. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

L hôtel est super bien placé on y retrouve le calme et la Serenite bon petit déjeuner ,personnel très agréable,chambre très propre ,ménage tout les jours ,piscine et vue agréable excellent séjour merci à tout le personnel de l hôtel on espère revenir très bientôt

Buona struttura con bilocali comodi, molto puliti. In zona tranquilla vicino ad ottime taverne raggiungibili a piedi in cinque minuti,presenta una bella piscina molto pulita. Buona la colazione per la qualità sei prodotti. Forse da rimodernare l' arredamento degli studios in contrasto con il resto della struttura che invece è rinnovata. Consigliato

The location is very beautiful. The rooms are very clean and all the location is so. The breakfast was very good, tasty and you can order food for lunch, very tasty also. The pool is perfect if you want a lazy day in the sun with good music and I recommend you to try their cocktails 😁. Also if you want to go to the old center of Hersonissos, you just have to take a 2 min walk and to the clubs and the new hersonissos city (beach, clubs, stores and all that stuff) you can go by car, in 5 min you are there. If you want to rent a car, to buy excursions, order food at the hotel, Thanos can help you. Very happy with this choice for our vacation in Greece.

My sister and I really enjoyed the cleanliness and tranquility of Mitos Village, we would return. Thanos and his family were very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended staying here. Food was good, pool was clean, staff were friendly. Absolutely no complaints.

There are not enough words for me to express how wonderful we found this hotel and the entire team. Every area is kept immaculately clean by the 2 girls who clean all areas, all day, every day. The breakfast area was beautiful to sit and enjoy a superb breakfast in peace and quiet with only the noises of nature surrounding you. It set us up for the day, not only in sustenance but mentally as well. It was bliss. The pool area was spotless, and it was a joy to get into the pool which was a lovely temperature and very refreshing in the very high temperatures Crete was experiencing. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool and happily used the bar services which were also great. Finally, but certainly not least, Thanos the owner, Caterina his wife and Maria, Thanos’s mother showed us such hospitality, generosity of spirit, kindness and a genuine desire to make every moment of our holiday most enjoyable. They succeeded - it was perfect from arrival to departure (which came far too soon). We are going to return next year for a longer stay and are already counting down the days. We cannot thank the full team at Mitos Village enough. Thank you.

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt von Chersonisos. Die Restaurants auf dem Marktplatz sind zu Fuss in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben im Hotel 3 Nächte gewohnt, hatten ein Standard Zimmer gebucht und ein premium Zimmer mit Poolblick erhalten. Das Zimmer ist ein kleines Apartment mit eigenem Schlafzimmer. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut. Der Pool ist sehr gross so dass man auch mal ein paar Bahnen schwimmen kann, Schattige Plätze sind je nach Tageszeit vorhanden. Angenehm überrasch wurde wir vom Hotelmanager. Er spricht perfekt deutsch und hat sich auch die Zeit genommen unsere Frage zu beantworten und uns den Eindruck vermittelt, dass das Wohl seiner Gäste ihm das Wichtigste ist. Wir können das Hotel mit gutem gewissen weiterempfelen.

Never been in a hotel so clean ... hotel manager and wife were amazing we currently booked aqua sun village which was closed when we arrived so they moved us to eri beach at 6pm at night after waiting around for hours .. eri beach was a no go awful so we found mitos village on booking. Com he went out of way and beyond to help us that night ... breakfast is amazing loads of choices kids loved every minute of being there... the bars and restaurants down the road are beautiful and lovely food .. the cleaners in the hotel were also amazing always playing with kids and showing them tricks couldn't of asked for a better place... will definitely be returning here amazing family hotel :)

We spent a few days at the Mitos Village hotel. The experience was outstanding, largely due to the warm and friendly manners and help from the hotel manager, Thanos. The rooms were large and very clean. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is located in Chersonissos, a small town about 15 minutes drive from Heraklion. The hotel location is pastoral and very quiet although not at all remote. A car is recommended.
