"I highly recommend the Heyuan Xiangfeng International Hotel! The west-facing river view room was absolutely stunning; opening the window immediately revealed the magnificent confluence of two rivers. At sunset, the glow reflecting on the river created an incredible atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The dining was superb; whether it was Cantonese dim sum or the seafood buffet, the ingredients were fresh and the flavors authentic. The service was impeccable, attentive and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. The staff were warm, professional, and always eager to help. This established five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Heyuan!"

"My impression of the Sheraton brand has always been excellent in terms of service, cleanliness, and facilities, but this time, a cleanliness issue left me a bit disappointed. Pros: Dining: The breakfast offers a wide variety and the quality has always been consistently good. Cons: Cleanliness: After checking in, I could tell the room had just been cleaned, but the countertops weren't wiped properly. I had already asked staff to take care of it on the spot. However, there were still hairs on the floor and in the bathroom. I contacted the front desk at 6:57 PM to request someone clean it, but upon returning to the room at 7:55 PM, I found the issue still hadn't been addressed. Noise: The air conditioner in the room was very loud, even on the lowest fan speed. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously."

"Clean and tidy, but there are no restaurants nearby. Since we don't have a car, it's inconvenient. The breakfast is good, with many choices. There are fresh fruits, salads and vegetables, and noodles cooked by the Tsuen kitchen staff."

"The hotel team put in a lot of effort; the cleanliness was good, and the room facilities were well-maintained. The price-performance ratio is exceptionally good, and even the parking attendant was excellent. As someone in the industry, I have nothing to complain about (given the age of the hotel and the wear and tear, these are normal). If I had to offer a friendly suggestion, it would be to improve the hotel's service (but I'm also a little hesitant; given the current situation, it's unfair to expect frontline staff to have service standards from 20 years ago). "Yesterday, I took my child to check into the Mercure Sky Hot Spring Hotel in Heyuan City, and we had a very good experience. The hotel environment was quite quiet, and the hot spring on the second floor was especially comfortable, particularly warm in winter. There's also a sauna, which frees up your hands, and a pink sand beach for kids. There's also a ball pit. Overall, I felt it was good value for money. I chose this hotel after seeing many reviews online."

"Chain hotels are indeed reliable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped with our luggage. The room layout was reasonable, with good lighting and ventilation. Located in the center of Heyuan Avenue, it's quite close to Asia's tallest fountain. The hotel was meticulously cleaned, and the facilities were good. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. The price was reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again."
