The Haven Lofts By The Park

I always use this place as a regular, but due to insufficient maintenance it is gradually becoming less convenient to use. - The plug barely goes in when I plug it in (the plug comes out naturally and cannot be fixed, so I can't charge it) - The air conditioning doesn't work well (I asked for repairs and it was fixed a day later) - Only cold water comes out of the shower (no hot water at all) - In some rooms there are quite a few mites and I get bitten a lot while I'm sleeping These are all issues with the facilities within the facility, so I would like to use it again if they can improve all of the above issues.

Very nice loft in downtown Saigon

Rooms are quite clean. Downtown place. Only drawback is having to wait for the room key.

I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City on a flight in the early morning. I was worried that I would not get the check-in code for my room, so I contacted the store in advance. They very considerately filmed a video on how to get the door key and room card, and how to enter the room. I followed the instructions and successfully checked in at 4 a.m. . The room is in a loft style, with the living room downstairs and the bed upstairs. It is warm and very clean and tidy. The room has a hair dryer, a kettle, a microwave, etc. It is very suitable for couples and families. I will come back next time I come to Ho Chi Minh City. Stay here! There is a small park outside the hotel, and it is very convenient to walk to the core attractions in the city! It's not far from the train station, and it only takes ten minutes to take a taxi.

All in all, it was a quiet and satisfactory hotel. The bedroom was on the second floor, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it was clean and decent accommodation. It was an accommodation I wanted to visit again.
